2 times in the last month I have ordered pizza from this Domino’s. Both times the pizza is undercooked and doughy. Im only ordering 2 topping pizzas. The pizzas are also not fully cut requiring me to cut again. I’ve been ordering from here for a few years with no issues. Not sure what’s going on there but quality has taken a swan dive! Get it together guys.

Ordered from this location a couple of days ago. I called in and ordered my pizza ahead of time. They had a 9.99 promotion going on. I was pretty disappointed. Not only did they not honor promotion. My pizza wasn’t ready at pick up time. When we finally got it the pizza was cold and not what we expected.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so low. I’ve been coming here for 2+ years and I’ve never been disappointed. They always get my order right, the pizza is always fresh, and the customer service is always great. 🙂

I did an online order for carry out. I was told it would be ready in 13 minutes so I left right away. I got there early, waited in my car and kept checking the app. In exactly 13 minutes it was ready and I went in to get it. I was greeted immediately. Everything on my order was correct and it all tasted great! Definitely will be back!

Ordered two pizzas at 6:35pm this evening and received an automated text saying that the pizza would be ready in 8-10 minutes. The text came in at 6:55pm which is perfectly fine. I drove approximately 10 minutes to pick up my order so I figured I would be right on time. When I got to the Dominos it was 7:05pm and I was greeted and I gave them my name and then proceeded to listen to the greeter and one of the young ladies making the pizzas go back and forth about the big order that apparently just came in and took precedence over my order. The young man who greeted me then proceeded to tell me that my order wasn’t ready and that I would have to wait until they were done with this big order. I explained that I drove 10 minutes and that the site told me that my order should already be ready. The young lady said that I’ll probably be waiting another 15-20 minutes before my order may possibly be ready and the young man asked me if I wanted to go ahead and pay for my order and wait. I politely declined and told them to cancel my order. I will be ordering my pizzas elsewhere from here on out.

Went in and order a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza I got it and drove home only to find out that they only put jalapeño.. went back and talked to the manager and he remade the pizza again with out pepperoni he apologize and said he couldn’t remake it again and I told him I wanted a refund and he stated that he could do that either

I’ve given this dominos 2 chances now. The first time they forgot the dipping sauces that they charge extra for. This time the pizza and stuffed cheese bread was undercooked. Talk about trying to get your customers sick.
