The customer service was awesome Welcoming, friendly, smiling employees. I enjoyed myself Ho Ho Mint Espresso Shaker. Caribou is one of two of my favorite coffee shops/cafes. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!!!

place that starts with an “S”. Always smooth, never bitter tasting. I will say that I got a piece of lemon poppyseed cake and it was super dry. I don’t understand why they hi don’t cover at least the breads in Saran wrap. It’s always dry.

I ordered 4 Strawberry banana smoothies at this location on 8/31/24. No thank you from the person taking the order. The person making the drinks has no common sense. She was putting all the drinks on the counter where you pick them up. I’m thinking to myself, how does she think I am going to carry these 4 drinks, along with 4 bags of groceries. You would have thought she would have put them in a carrier, but nope no common sense. I asked if they could be put in a carrier. Too much for her to do it. She puts it on the counter where drinks were spilled. I tossed it on their counter and told her about the spills, and wanted a new one. She still couldn’t do her job properly, and put them in the carrier!! This location has lame workers working there!!!

This Caribou is in the Lunds and Byerly’s in Plymouth, MN. It is wonderful. The atmosphere is great, and I frequently work here. I have never had a bad experience at Caribou, and this location may be my favorite.

Caribou has jacked their prices so much that they are easily the most expensive coffee shop around – and by a fair amount! They also changed something with their beans so the espressos always taste burnt, regardless of which location.

Thinking this would be the quickest coffee run, there was no line! I walked right up to the counter and expected the man to acknowledge me…. He didn’t! He then proceeded to play his game on his phone for the next 5 minutes! His back was to me, so I could see his phone. FIVE MINUTES!
When he did finally look up, set his phone down and very slowly walked over to take my order. He wasn’t friendly at all and acted like he was so annoyed that I interrupted him! He didn’t asked me anything, I simply told him what drink I wanted and that was it! No common courtesy, didn’t ask for my member #. Just rude!!
I will have no problem driving to any other coffee shop because I will not be back there!
