This is the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Staff was smiling and offered suggestions to change up a drink when asked and were eager to correct an issue with our standard drink and asked us to always let them know if our drink isnt “just right” because thats what they strive for.

Nice clean store with good friendly service, but why do they give you paper cups for dine in service. If I pay $12.00 for a cup of coffee and bagel and tell them it’s “for here” I want it in a real mug and food on a saucer. Not a paper cup of coffee and bagel in a bag, so I have to eat off the table surface.

Generally, SB is good, friendly staff.
This one is an exception; at least for me. I meet many clients here, I always buy a drink while waiting. I noticed that everyone else comes in are asked what the name is and then they call their name or they bring the drink out. Not here. My drink is sat on the counter, and I notice it on my own. Meanwhile, everyone else is addressed by name. Oh well………I have been to SB around the country. East coast, West Coast. I guess there are always exceptions…..

We stopped at this location twice on our road trip over Thanksgiving break. Both times the service and food and drinks were delicious! The store was clean and neat. Our biggest thanks… However… To the lovely store manager for finding our lost wallet and shipping it back to us without any issue or complaints. Seamlessly. Thank you so much for your time. They don’t support the military / veterans . No discounts . Also every time I get a drink it’s always. Messed up a the charge is always different when I get the same thing always . When I ask they tell me it’s the computer . I’m not stupid , it’s always an excuse . So I stopped going because of the pricing and the lies an especially being I’m a veteran they don’t support . I’d rather get coffee from a local owner an it’s better

Not sure if this is a corporate complaint or individual store complaint. Got a hot grande coffee to go – the lid popped off when I took a sip while driving. Only a little spilled and I assumed that the lid just needed readjusting. I put the lid back on , it seemed fine in the cup holder but when I picked it up to have a sip, the lid popped off and this time, the coffee spilled everywhere, all over the console , into the charging port, into my phone, inside my purse on the floor and of course into my lap. Please be careful if you get a drink with these trick lids. I am thankful I didn’t lose control of the car . Starbucks, I expect better!
