I was visiting Sawgrass Mall and, after a day of shopping, decided to grab some dinner at the Sawgrass food court. With so many options available, I eventually decided to try Osmow’s Sawgrass for my meal.
From their menu, I opted for the Chicken Salad as it seemed like a lighter yet fulfilling dinner choice. The server prepared it by mixing fresh veggies, grilled chicken, and sauces right in front of me before handing it over.
When I finally got to taste the salad, I found it to be just okay. While the ingredients seemed fresh and the portion size was decent, the overall flavor didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It felt like it was missing something to make it stand out–a bit more seasoning or a better balance of flavors in the sauces could have improved the dish.
While I appreciated the effort and convenience, I believe there’s room for improvement in the taste and preparation of the salad.

Food has great portions and I love the options and I will say the food has great flavor there wasn’t a dish I didn’t like.

The chicken was DRY AS HELL!!! And tasted burned.. $11 for just a wrap and it was literally disgusting! In my 36 years I’ve never left a review for a place in the food court..ever…but I had to cause this was a shame! I ate half cause I was starving and threw the rest out! At 12noon on a slow Friday, food should be fresh! Im appalled

I came here 3 times food is generally underwhelming, stale, cold and minimal quality or effort. There is a vegan garlic sauce that has no egg, I am religious and can’t eat egg. they told me the first two times yeah this is the vegan one, but on my third time the only nice worker warned me they’ve never had that garlic sauce and they’ve been feeding me mayo. I told him they told me it was the vegan one that’s literally plastered on the glass advertised. He said they lied to me. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER.

The Falafel is fried in oil that has like 100,000 miles on it and its toxic for you at that point , look at how black it is, for God’s sake change the damn oil you are serving poison.
The rancid oil tastes awful in that falafel.
I uploaded a Falafel is made at home in clean oil next to thir Falafel in the burnt oil so you can see the difference burnt oil is really toxic for you. I dont recommend touching this food.
