Stopped in a little before 3pm on a Friday. Nobody was at the counter. Asked another employee for help and he told me Cinnabon was closed, to which I responded “what time does it close ?”. He then told me they couldn’t serve me because the employee who should have been working the counter was busy washing trays. Then he tried to act as if I was in the wrong for inquiring about the business hours which are clearly posted, saying “well they can’t make you a Cinnabon while the trays are covered in cleaning chemicals” in a condescending tone. If he wasn’t so rude I wouldn’t be leaving a review at all. A nice woman in a high vis sweater did what she could to resolve the matter, as she obviously had a better understanding of how a business should operate. At that point I thanked her and left the store, but I won’t be ordering anything from this location if I see the same staff working when I return, and I’ll be in town for the next week or so, so I’ll definitely be back.

Best Cinnabon rolls ever! I stopped in with my dad I got the classic roll. But he went with Oreo chocolate covered roll! Both were amazing! & we had the nicest lady who helped us, her name is Susan. She was such a delight! It was the highlight of the road trip! Thank you Susan & Cinnabon in Big Springs,Nebraska!
