We were in Brush, looking at an RV, and we stumbled across this gem on our way back home. Chiliquiles were so good, eggs cooked perfectly, and the spice level made me sweat. My wife said that her huevos rancheros were better than she’s had at our favorite Mexican restaurants back home. The two ladys that helped us were so friendly, and the prices really weren’t bad either, especially considering the quality! Next time we’re in town, we’ll definitely be stopping in again!

I had put in an order for Casa Patron but they’re allergic to buisness so they cancelled my order, upon doing so I took a chance on Peppers.

Authentic food, great flavors. I cannot compliment this place enough. It was the best and most authentic meal I have ever had! I was sweating it was so good and spicy. I will be coming back as much as I can on my teachers salary!

10/10 recommend. From someone who is from southern cal, where the best Mexican food lives, this place is bomb. Anyone who gives low stars due to food quality. Especially from queso or chicken just doesn’t know how to order. This place is awesome!!

Pretty darn tasty. Good portions. Fresh food. Only drawback is a slighter high price, but compared to Taco Bell or Taco John’s, Pepper’s is much tastier.

The setup is reminiscent of a Chipotle or Qdoba, without having to make the drive to Greeley or Denver. Their speciality melon drinks are unique and delicious. I imagine that watermelon drink on a hot day would be ridiculous!!

I really hope this business endures. Nice local option for good food.

Closest thing you will get to chipotle. It was yummy. Chicken was a bit dry, but other than that it tasted good.

Normally this place is fast and the people are very friendly. I went during lunch rush and I noticed that an employee was handling cash then going back to the food and not wearing gloves. She was touching all the toppings and flipping the food with no gloves for multiple food orders. I waited over 50 minutes to get my food and it wasn’t even correct. Sanitation is the most important thing, busy or not.
