My daughter was with me and she always orders a subway melt, which hasn’t been on the menu as such for sometime which he made it a point to say, yet he had no knowledge of what sandwich it was or its substitute. When we figured it out, he wanted my order and I said I wasn’t sure yet and to go ahead with hers. He said ‘No, I can do both at the same time and can wait’. Really?!?!
We were in a hurry but I chose not to argue. I ordered an Italian BMT and whenever we wanted more of something or added to the sandwich he made it a point to say ‘the sandwich doesnt come with that so you are added pickles, jalapeños and olives. My daughter didnt want onions yet he put those on. I wanted mine toasted but it wasnt. He closed my sandwich up before asking if there was anything else which I did want salt and pepper. He rang us up and I presented a coupon through the app and he said ‘Im gonna have to redo what I just did’. Im sorry. Keep your comments to yourself and put on a customer service friendly attitude. I hope he is not the owner. He is just turning business away. We wont return.
