Went here this past weekend with my kids. 4 worker in kitchen front counter very visible to staff no greetings or service at all. No acknowledgement. Felt judged just looked at but not helped. Hurt my kids feelings

Got off a long day at work – Went to order a pizza and the new Oreo bites for my sick roommate and I. I used delivery because we are both under the weather. Which was an additional $10 onto the original price (after dropped $30 already on a dang pizza and desert). We get our food and go to eat the Oreos after the pizza to find a lovely little note that says “Out of icing SORRY.” So, I am left with bread and crackers for desert. I called the store. After being on hold for 5 minutes – I had the privilege of speaking to the manager. I expressed my frustrations and he made an excuse about being out of ingredients. He didn’t offer to compensate me for the half a product or an alternative desert. I had to ask him. Then reluctantly, he said yes. After finding out it’s a 30 minute round trip adventure to the Papa John’s – I decided to just say screw it, because I am sick (whole reason I paid $10 for delivery) and staid home. Extremely disappointed and definitely won’t be buying from this location again.

We’ve been getting pizza here for a while now, the food is always spot on and we’ve never had a problem. But we’ve had had a couple issues with the employees. We will order using the app and will pick up ourselves. Lately we’ve been sending our children in with our card and giving them a chance to practice walking in by themselves and paying by themselves. Well we had several of the employees trick the kids into giving them tips with the machine, when the children would ask a question. We got pretty frustrated and had to give the children strict instructions to not tip them ever. We were pretty frustrated that they would do that.
We love their deals, we use their $8.99 pairing deal all the time. The app is fantastic and it’s nice to save up points and save some cash on pizza night. I would recommend the store, but be very mindful about the employees.

When Papa John Schnatter started this company, this location was the type of franchise he dreamed about. The pizza and staff were both stellar and this definitely will not be our first visit to this little spot in Eagle River. Whoever was working Sunday night, the 2nd of June, deserves a high five and a raise. Speedy, efficient, and courteous.

We ordered pizza about a week ago. My partner is allergic to pineapple and his pizza got some pineapple on it while being prepared. Called and spoke to the only employee on and he was extremely kind and helpful. He fixed the pizza and had it delivered so quickly. The driver was equally fantastic. Everyone makes mistakes, but how a business responds to mistakes really shows how they value their customer base. Will definitely order from here again, they’re fantastic.
