Food was ok, but lukewarm, ordered a munchie box for hogmanay as my kids wanted one. Placed a delivery time of 2320, currently 2245 and we have had it delivered and eaten it. I live a bit rural and gave specific delivery details which were ignored as driver had to call.

We ordered a special fish and chips chicken korma the fish was nothing short of disgusting it was so soggy and chips were cold korma was cold and nan bread soggy called to complain and he said his korma was always good laughable

Absolutely fantastic place. There was a mix up on their system but they have very much recetified it. Amazing customer service! The food is brilliant too, very fresh and very hot! I would 110% recommend this Kebab takeaway and it is going to be my kebab shop from now on!! It’s definitely the best one in Kilmarnock, so if you’re looking for somewhere fresh, friendly and fast, go Tikka-Way!!!! I can’t thank all the staff enough!!

Ordered a Lamb Curry (which was supposed to have rice included,) Chips and a Garlic Cheese Naan,
I got no rice and my Naan was a pizza with garlic and cheese, if I had wanted a garlic cheese pizza I would have ordered one! Not happy

Very poor service, was told 30-40 minutes delivery called up 3 times to be told it was on its way and over 1 hour 35 mins later still no order. Would rate zero stars if it was a possibility. Absolutely useless – would recommend going elsewhere 100%

If I could give 0 stars I would ordered this evening won’t be back total waste! Ordered a plain cheese pizza for kids and it’s completely covered in red hot spicy sauce so no one can eat it !!! Your kebab meat was cold and hard cheese on chips were hard. Phoned up and all I got was it’s a kebab shop that how we make our pizzas – not even a apology or we fix that for you nothing definitely won’t be returning
