The food was delicious and hot. I do agree with other reviews about the service. I hope that the disorganized service was due to the Asian festival and the lack of help because they had food tent set-up outside. There were only 2 servers, so tables had dirty dishes. We are willing to give them another shot only because the food was yummy.

This is a decent place to visit with a spacious and pleasant ambiance. We ordered veg fried rice, chicken veg rice, and spring rolls, all of which were well-prepared and tasty. The service was good, with staff being attentive and efficient. The restaurant’s atmosphere is inviting, making it a nice spot for a meal. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would consider visiting again for another enjoyable dining experience.

Right away when I walked in i could smell the food that they were cooking. It smelled so good. The inside of the restaurant was nice, clean, and spacious. I got the Pho ramen with bbq pork, fishballs, and shrimp. The broth warmed me up and made me feel better. They make their own homemade chilli oil and it’s tastes delicious in the ramen.

I went back today because I said I would. I ordered their special Phở and gỏi cuốn. Their gỏi cuốn is pretty standard. It has all the ingredients with a generous amount of meat, so I enjoyed it. Their phở did not disappoint. It’s not the best broth, but the flavor is there. They did have a generous amount of meat as well. Overall, I decided to change their rating to 5 stars because they are comparable to some of the phở places in the area. Still not my favorite, but I do recommend it to anyone who wants a nice atmosphere with friendly staff and decent food.
I saw that this place just opened recently and decided to check it out. As a Vietnamese foodie, I’ve been to most of the Vietnamese restaurants in Cleveland. I will have to say, this place is okay. I ordered the Bún bò Huế and have mixed feelings about it. We like that they have many of the authentic ingredients that makes the dish, such as the blood gelatin(they only had one in my bowl), but the broth wasn’t as good as it could be. I think if you’re used to having low sodium in your food, this would be really good, but it’s missing the sweetness of the bún bò Huế broth. The location and services are great, but the higher prices and flavor is a bit lacking for me. However, I would be willing to give it a second try next time and order phở, assuming it’s their specialty because of the name.

We ordered the A1 (spring rolls), A14 (mixed ham and BBQ pork banh mi) and P7 ( House special pho). Everything was delicious. The pho broth is flavorful and we enjoyed it! Service was very great. She was nice and patient with us as it was our first time there. Highly recommend anyone to stop by to try the pho or anything here.

Yummy pho, but the service could be better. I have been here twice with friends and both times we have received service from the same waitress. She always seemed annoyed she had to serve us and had an attitude with us the entire meal. She also checks how much you tip her before you leave the restaurant and makes comments about it. Bathroom is gross & also FREEZING. The entire establishment felt like it had no heat.

Very good! Fresh rolls, banh mi, pho, and fried rice were all quite good. The pho is a bit on the sweeter side compared to the other shops around the area, but yummy.

I love it the pho is delicious, soup is fresh and sweet lots of beef in it. Also the sandwich is awesome! I can’t eat pork so the waitress switched pork to chicken! Really good! Love it

The Pho is always 10/10 amazing.
Service is kind hit or miss, well actually kind of bad more than good (unfriendly, forgetful, unwelcoming, reaching over our table to put lids on sauce we are actively using ) but we understand it’s not easy dealing with so many different personalities and everyone goes through things so we still tip her well and love coming in to eat almost every Sunday this is our spot
