The other day I left a review but I wanted to write it again. I ordered a steak salad, but they were just preparing the steak at that moment. The girl who helped me asked if I would be willing to wait a couple of minutes, and I said yes.
She was so kind! While I was waiting, she gave me nachos and queso, and shortly after she brought my salad with freshly grilled steak to my table. I felt like such a spoiled customer haha!
That day I forgot to ask for her name, but today I went back and saw her again. Her name is Tamryn. Thank you, Tamryn, for being so kind to me! It’s been a long time since I felt that good at a restaurant. Tamryn definitely deserves recognition from her managers!
Today I went with my whole family and Joshua helped us. He did a great job as well.

Waited in line for 30 minutes while the drive thru line was absolutely flying. Inside was a complete mess. No one consistently managing the in person line, orders barely moving, and just general chaos.
At one point an employee dropped 2 bowls of soup on the floor. I watched him clean it up with rags, then use those same rags to wipe down the counter where food was being prepared. Then new soup bowls were set out with the rims touching the same counter that had just been “cleaned.” Not exactly confidence inspiring.
It felt like the DMV scene in Zootopia with the sloth behind the counter. Painfully slow.
To top it off, we got home and realized they gave us someone else’s order, and the rice in the kids meal was hard. I guess I was too distracted by everything going on to double check before leaving.
Really disappointing experience. Also not the first one like it at this location.

I just had a great experience at this Costa Vida location. Juan helped me in the drive thru by taking my order in person (it wasn’t even busy). He was the pinnacle of perfection when it comes to customer service. What a nice person! My food was great too! The pico was so fresh, it tasted like they just made it. I usually don’t review fast food but this place stood out. Thanks for a great lunch!

Brevan (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) provided such outstanding customer service that I wanted to make sure it was recognized. He was incredibly positive and friendly, and he patiently took the time to explain to my husband how to redeem points from the Costa Vida app. It’s rare to come across someone who goes out of their way to be that helpful, and it really made our visit a great experience.

THANK YOU for making my experience pleasant! I was recently diagnosed with Celiacs, and am completely devastated. Most of my favorite foods are suddenly off the menu. I’d heard that Costa Vida does a really good job with Gluten allergies, and after a long week of being hungry more often than not, they delivered!
From the approach – asking if my request for gluten-free was a preference or an allergy – to delivery, it was great! I’d been dreading going to a restaurant and having to ask for so many accommodations, but the employees there were extremely understanding and courteous.
Prepping the food while being as careful as reasonable to avoid cross-contamination, changing gloves when needed, and delivering in as friendly a manner as possible was very much appreciated. And the food was *nearly* as good as I’m used to receiving from Costa Vida.

We had lunch here today and had such a wonderful experience
The staff were incredibly kind and generous — we were treated to chips and queso, and one of the male employees even gave my daughter a chocolate chip cookie, which completely made her day
It’s little things like this that make a place truly special.

First I wanna say I have never had a bad experience only amazing ones but this one really stood out to me. I went In today and was helped by Juan. I have never had an experience like that. HE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND KIND. He was so positive and we were all hyping up that it was Tuesday. im overly impressed with the service i got from Juan. I left feeling better then when i came in. (management you need to give him a raise, he is your best worker)

I’m a huge fan of Costa Vida in general, but this location is consistently is disappointing. This was my second, and likely last, bad experience here. I placed an online order for a 1:00 PM pickup, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, the staff was dismissive and made me park for an additional 15 minutes, despite it being past the due time.
To make matters worse, the order was completely wrong. I ordered two chicken and one steak burrito, but received three sweet pork burritos with black beans instead they were suppose to be pinto & none of the sauces were correct, despite the stickers on the lids indicating what they should be there weren’t. I understand you’re trying to be fast but maybe take the few minutes to read the screen? Very poor service.

We ordered two salads with steak and chicken, but the portion they gave us was ridiculous. We ordered them to go, so we didn’t realize it until later. It’s practically a rip-off. I hope the managers or owners take action on this matter.
