CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!! They do not participate in subway promotions. Came for the $2.50 6inch that has been advertised 24-7 and they did not honor it. I was in a rush or would have left. Paid $7 for 6 inch and chips is absurd. Stay away

I normally have very good luck here, but yesterday I went to get 3 foot longs. My grandson wanted the meatball sandwich. Well they didn’t have enough to make a full sandwich. I would have had to wait 15 minutes. Any other day that wouldn’t have been a problem but my 2 other sandwiches were already made. I wish the server had told me at the time I was ordering.

Had to get my sandwich without cheese due to the cheese that they had on display was very old looking. All the edges were dark and crusty. Also had a problem with the tomatoes. They didn’t look very fresh. I enjoy subway but I will not be going back to this particular location every again.

Easily the worst location Subway has. Only one person working at a time so I have to wait extra long before I can even get a word in, then the person working barely understands English. On top of that, I ordered ahead with the app 20 minutes early and STILL had to wait. Just an inexcusable, unacceptable experience.

I go to this Subway regularly and I am never disappointed. Friendly and fast service and when I ask extra veggies they really listen. I work nearby and each member has my order memorized! Highly recommend.

This one of the worse subways I have ever been too. The staff is extremely unfriendly and don’t take pride in making the food. Sandwhiches are put together by throwing old vegetables at the bread. Sauce isn’t spread out by dolloped in the center of the sandwich.

spent nearly 20$ ordering 2 sandwiches via the app – that didn’t accept the app coupon btw- went to pick it up and confirm my “special instructions” that is asked on the app when ordering – the worker said he didnt put the requested sauce because it doesn’t go on that particular sandwich and when asked him to do it he said no sorry they’re already wrapped! uh excuse me??? never again.

When I want to try to eat healthy there’s no doubt that I turn to Subway to lend me a helping hand! Their sandwiches are healthy but more importantly DELICIOUSLY DELIRIOUS!!!!! You can order any sandwich & I can certainly guarantee it’s gonna be….hummmmmm Delicious!

Not clean. Guy looked like he was eating on the job. Changed gloves but touched a contaminated surface. I feel gross after eating the sandwich and won’t be eating subway for awhile. Sucks cause this is my local subway. Oh well. I’ll prob go back and get a refund.

Q) What brought you to this Subway, Rodney?
A) Rodney, if you know me, I had a stash of coupons to peruse through. For this visit, I redeemed a “Buy a Signature Wrap & 20 oz drink, get one free” coupon.
Q) Which wraps did you end up getting?
A) I chose the turkey, bacon, avocado in the spinach wrap & the chicken Caesar in the tomato basil wrap.
Q) How were they, Rodney?
A) The chicken Caesar was alright. The chicken didn’t taste like much of anything. The turkey, bacon, avocado was great, however! Of course, when there’s bacon & avocado, how can you go wrong? The wraps were a decent size, and on a hot day, the cold turkey & veggies refreshed & quelled my incessant hunger.
Q) Was the service adequate?
A) Unfortunately, no. Only one was working the assembly line & register. After about 5 minutes, someone came back from break, but several people were waiting behind me. One even left when he saw how long the staff was taking. With a Subway adjacently located inside Los Cerritos Center, this location needs more staff on duty, otherwise customers will just head over to the mall Subway, instead.
Q) Anything you’d like to add?
A) Yeah, Rodney, parking is via a shared private lot, with Subway located in front of Big 5 Sporting Goods.
Q) Do you recommend this Subway, Rodney?
A) I dunno, there are many Subway locations around me, and this one seemed understaffed. Being that I don’t frequent Subways that often, I believe I’d lean towards not going to this one when hard pressed for time.
