This Burger King is located inside a gas station. Everytime I have gone in it has been clean and the staff are always friendly. There is not many places to sit and there is generally a line but being one of the few places to eat in that area it’s understandable.

Hours are very unpredictable. The app allows you to purchase an order and does not tell you the restaurant is closed. You go in to pick it up and the very rude man at Go Mart just tells you to take it up with corporate. They need better customer service.

Food was served quickly, service friendly. Can’t rate atmosphere because we used the drive-through. This particular Burger King is very convenient for travel to & from Charleston by way of I-79. I’ve stopped by many times for meals, snacks & usually something to drink. People @ the window are always very pleasant!

I like the taste of their food. The biggest problems I have had from Burger King is that all of my orders were a mess. They were just slipped together it seemed. Did not look very appetizing. Did not matter which Burger King I went to either. Maybe it’s the way they are putting the burgers together. I mean for the price they charge compared to other fast food places you’d think they would take a little extra time and get it done as neatly as possible and make it look like someone’s going to eat it and not like trash ready to be thrown in the dumpster.

The crew loves to talk about their co workers. Very unprofessional and cannot keep people working and I can understand that. Have been in line and heard the gossip. I don’t know who their assistant manager is but have heard many complaints about her.
Along with that the food is under cooked and always, in my experience, not the correct order.
Don’t think they will last long in their 5×5 cell their workers are supposed to be able to work in.
Customers hearing their gossip is the worst.

I stopped by today around 2:00-2:30 ordered a original chicken sandwich no Mayo and a Whopper no cheese . The Whopper was put together perfectly. The vegetables were layered exactly like the menu picture and also the whole sandwich looked exactly like the menu picture!!! It is a rare occurrence for me to receive a Whopper that is not squished flat and looks nothing like the menu picture when I visit a BK . Could not be happier with the presentation of my food and the overall customer experience I was provided !! I want to give a big Thank You to the staff that was working ! (I wish I would have taken a picture of the Whopper sandwich )

I love getting fast food here, it’s a great treat, the nuggets, the fries, and the mozzarella sticks are amazing, my family members like the whoppers they have there too, all 200K+ ways to have a whopper, but the only way that matters is your way, the customer service is okey.
