This is a very Puerto Rican place, with the piragua cart in the front. It’s amazing, and the food is delicious. I recommend this place.

Visiting from out of state and stopped here on a whim. We’re so glad we did! Friendliest people and incredible food! We loved the beef empanada, rice, pork, and tostones. Everything was seasoned to perfection and with Nelly’s salsa on top it tasted divine. If we didn’t live on the other side of the country, we’d be back all the time!

I spotted Puerto Rican flags while driving north on US 1. It caught my attention and to my surprise this little road side hidden gem was there. They have a little kiosk where they sell decals and jewelry and all types of Boricua things and the food was amazing. The atmosphere was awesome reminded me of home.

Ordered a bistec sandwich and a alcapurria de yucca and plantain . The bistec sandwich was not a good cut and half if not 75% of it had fat but also in between had fibrous connective tissue and not able to eat end up throwing the whole sandwich out . I gave it a 2 star just because the alcapurria was very good .

I love this hidden spot. I decided to try it because I saw a Puerto rican flag, and it’s hard to find puerto rican food. The food is delicious and very flavorful. Taste like some good ol home cooking. The owner rhe lady is super sweet and welcoming. I go once a week or at least try to.
