This location offers mobile order and pick up and kiosk or counter ordering within the establishment. The dining facility is modern and newly constructed so it is clean. One of the bathrooms is difficult to close and lock because the bolt is not perfectly aligned in its installment and there is no handle on the inside of the main door.
The food was fine at this location. However, I placed an order at the kiosk three times and it told me it lost connection and I had to start over each time. Then I had to go to the counter to confirm my order and payment went through. It had indeed gone through, and she read the order to me to include the special instructions to remove the lettuce and add extra onions. Dissapointingly, the burger was not made to order.
While I was waiting for my food to be prepared, we heard an employee making violent and loud wrenching noises from the kitchen — like vomiting. I approached the counter quickly to see if anyone was truly getting sick. It repeated on multiple occasions. One of the employees a couple minutes later appeared to nearly pass out while filling a soda. Another employee ran to his aid and started calling for help, but the manager had said a few minutes earlier that she was going to sit in her car and chill for a bit. Im not sure if she was still inside, but she did not respond. I approached and I quiet if anyone was actually sick, because we had a member in our party with a compromised immune system. It appears the staff may have been making the noises to pick on and upset another employee.
We will not dine at this establishment again. For a new location, this was disappointing.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Definitely not their normal standard. And this is a brand new one. I Made a mobile order, none of the instructions were followed for the baconator. Even added toppings that don’t go on the burger. Fries were very short. Soda has a weird flavor to it. I would go anywhere else in Sullivan to eat. You have a lot of choices.

As someone who has worked in the food industry I know how much impact reviews have and I wouldn’t be writing this if the food and service weren’t awful. First, they handed us the wrong order. I get it, mistakes happen. Then, they said that our order got bumped and they were working on it. Then came back and said that they were waiting on the grilled chicken to be done. I do appreciate the communication. They gave us our order and forgot to give us our correct drinks. We asked them for them then they handed us the wrong drinks again. We finally get the correct order. But the most insane thing to me is one of the grilled wraps was still half frozen… Definitely will not be going back.

I don’t know what on Earth is happening here. Got in line to talk to AI. Paid with a human being. Told to drive up to the end of the curb. There is a queue of five other cars on the side of the building along with the line I’m in of four other cars. Get it together Wendy’s.

I love Wendy’s, but this place sucks. It is waaaaay too slow. I like to eat fast food during lunch time, and the 3 times I tried to eat here for lunch, I was late coming back to work. I never have this problem with McDonald’s, or Arby’s, or Jack in the box, or Taco Bell. This only happens with Wendy’s. They are entirety way too slow. I always, and I mean ALWAYS have to wait for an extended period of time. I won’t be eating at this location anymore unless I’m off work at home and I order through door dash. The wait time is horrible.

45 minutes waiting for a mobile order.. all cold food, melted frosties and hard stale tortillas for the chicken wraps, and the chicken is ice cold.. not exactly on top of the normal standard… And the Jr Bacon deluxe. this is what you get.. I’ve seen more lettuce in a bean burrito from Taco Bell

We did the drive through last night. Got in line at 4:46 and didn’t get out until 5:12. While waiting 3 different vehicles got out of line and drove off. There wasn’t a person taking our order, it was AI. It felt cold and impersonal. The first time we have ever experienced or seen that and it was definitely weird. We only got 2 small frostys. The medium size frosty was really small and surprised me and my husband. They were delicious, but I wouldn’t say worth the wait. Hopefully they improve the staff so everyone isn’t waiting that long for fast food.

The A.I. ordering system in the drive-thru has messed up multiple times. I was told it would be a 6 minute wait and to pull forward. After having waited for nearly 15 minutes, I went to the window and was told it would be another 4 minutes. Both workers seemed clueless and unorganized throughout each interaction. The food is not worth the wait.
