Spicy bacon & chicken sandwich.
Taste very good. Presentation could be better but it’s all getting gobbled either way. Sauce is good too, has a kick to it so if you have a low tolerance don’t get it.
Mashes potatoes with cajun gravy.
S tier. The best. Mix it up and its delicious. Whoever came up with it. Give them a plaque.
Rice and red beans.
Rice is good, not too soft, not crunchy. The red beans are beautiful, in all smells amazing.
Louisiana brand Hot sauce.
Definitely original sauce. Taste amazing. Bit of a weird taste if you have a unexperienced pallette.
In all 9.5/10
.5 off for the presentation of the chicken sandwich. Had a quarter of bun left with sauce. Still delicious. But presentation could be a bit better.

Edit: this fast food place is so quiet. I don’t hear any bickering or yelling from the back. Everyone is working together. Its beautiful. Give them a raise.

04-14-25 @ 11: 35 AM. Customer service was great. 6 piece pickle glazed boneless chicken wings. 2 wings out of 6 were not edible. Very thin, dry , hard pieces of coating. The glaze was poured into the bottom of the container, so if you want it on the chicken, you’re gonna have to do that part yourself. The texture on the 4 remaining were good . The ranch that came with it resembled a milk consistency , very thin. So paying $7.41 for 4 pieces of chicken nuggets is not a great deal. 3 piece chicken dinner was almost $15. The drumstick looked like a chicken wing. Very small portions. The chicken had a very good flavor and was hot. Coleslaw was good but very small. Biscuit was good but very small. Lemonade is $3.99. Prices are ridiculous.

I had their food a while back at this location and forgot to leave a review. I honestly spent way to much for very little, I expect no better from a GPS hospitality franchise. The employees where the worst and so was the order accuracy. I would recommend the new Chick Fil-A on Wilder before going here. I got 3 large size meals for $30 for 3 people at the new Chick Fil-A.

Edited: ,talked to the store manager,very gracious lady,she replaced my order without question and couldnt apologize enough. Went to the one in Bay City,Michigan, ordered the chicken tenders,they were hard and chewy, the red beans and rice was like soup,could hardly eat the tenders they were so hard,not tender at all, not satisfied at all,do better you’ll lose alot of customers with food line this,oh,I got the 20 dollar family meal.

Just had lunch and it was delicious. Shannon working the drive-thru rocked. Opened the window with a smile and a great attitude. My food was everything I had hoped for without the drive out of town. Loved my lunch.

I rarely leave reviews because I get it, it’s fast food. But there gets a point where even I can’t be that patient. Waited a half hour for my order, even after telling a staff member I placed an order. No one else inside or drive through. Got home, several items missing from order. Half the chicken good, half hard as a rock. Contacted customer service, and they claimed they couldn’t find my order even though I sent them a screenshot. It doesn’t take a lot to make me happy. But I would suggest avoiding this location. Multiple times in a row I’ve had issues.

I ordered an 8-piece garlic parm shrimp combo with fries and a large Coke with light ice. Also 3 spicy chicken tenders.
I received 7 normal shrimp, a Coke filled with ice, and 3 normal tenders.
I have ordered from here twice since it opened and they have messed up my order 100% of the time.

Food is good. The person at drive thru talks so fast you can’t understand her and then they were running around like they didn’t know what they were doing. When I pulled up to get my food, the man said what did you order? Not sure what was going there.

Gotten them a few times and I think they’re normally great but today got home and my Mac n cheese cup was half filled girlfriend got one as well and hers was filled like it should’ve been. We went through the drive through a little before 4 pm. My husband ordered a 3 no pickles with mash potatoes and gravy and a large coke for me and then 2 kids meals. The gentleman at the drive thru asked if we wanted the receipt and my husband said no. We get our food and start to pull away and I’m checking the bags and notice the mash potatoes are missing and there are pickles on my sandwich. I have worked at a fast food restaurant years ago and know mistakes happen. My husband and kids go home so our children can eat and I drive back up to Popeyes, I go inside this time to explain what happened. I could tell by how the lady at the counter was looking at me and the bag in my hand, she wasn’t going to be pleasant. I said, Hi how are you ? We went through the drive thru a little bit ago and I am missing my mash and gravy and also I asked for a 3 no pickles and there was pickles on it…very abruptly she says it’s rang up number 3 regular, they make number 3 regular , I said Yes but I asked for no pickles, she says but it doesn’t say that this says regular they make regular..i didn’t have a receipt to show since my husband declined it, this is all off the sticker on the plastic bag. So she walks away to ask a worker to make a new sandwich, another lady hands me the new sandwich..still haven’t got the mashed potatoes and gravy. So I then tell this lady I was missing my mash potatoes and gravy (this is the third time I have had to ask for these potatoes now, lol) she turns to walk towards where they had sides already made up on a warmer area. Now the First Lady I talked to starts talking in Spanish to the other lady. I really don’t think it was that serious, I went in there and used my manners and wasn’t rude. I told the other lady that handed me the food , (which look and tasted like the potatoes had been up there for 3 or more hours) “thank you, I appreciate it.” She didn’t say your’e welcome, all she said was here you go. They were acting like I was the one at fault , I was only coming back for what I had ordered. I would say try to be less argumentative next time, but there won’t be a next time for me. Why would I want to go somewhere where I’m talked about in another language ??
