Endless calls to casino CEO we had a problem with the food and service and they did not put in the effort they should have to rectify the problem. Not consistent with the food processing. Poor service. They are trying now as they just changed there CEO. I hope they can bring back the wonderful meals they had in the spring. The prime rib was fantastic.

Spent three days at the 12 Tribes Casino where this restaurant is located. The first night the food was great, the 2nd night I ordered BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich, but the waitress came back and let me know they were out of coleslaw….no problem. Now we’ve been at the hotel for 2 nights so far, but on our third night we go to the restaurant and literally had to wait nearly 15 minutes to be seated even though the place was maybe 25% full. Now once we are seated, it took the waitress almost another 10 minutes before we were even addressed and asked if we’d like to order. We place our drink and meal order. One of my guys ordered the Wednesday steak special, medium rare with a baked potato and a side salad. They brought him out his side salad and drink and then we sat for over an hour waiting for our meal. Now this didn’t happen the first two days, but not only that, instead of them coming to let him know they didn’t have baked potatoes, they decided to give him what they wanted him to have. Wait staff seemed to be very indifferent to us being there and clearly let us know we weren’t wanted there. Not a very good experience at all and I’m very big on good customer service. I truly found none here and will not be coming back.

We’ve eaten here several times. Nice clean restaurant. We had a really great waitress this time. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. I think this is the first time ever that we’ve gone out to eat and husband didn’t have a single complaint.

Staff were super nice and very personable. The pandemic limited the menu. The food wasn’t the best, nor was my steak cooked how I ordered. The coconut shrimp was amazing and the only thing I’ll come back for. Thank you to the staff for working during this hellscape.

Mostly wonderful food and service, although special instructions during lunch time is consistently gotten wrong for “NO MAYO OR EGG DUE TO SEVERE FOOD ALLERGY” and we’ve ended up having to throw out our to go orders on numerous occasions when we get home and find mayo on our burgers. Big food and money waste The cooks and hosting staff at check out need to get that this type of special order is for a life threatening allergy like peanuts and do a better job making sure the order is correct and without allergen when special instruction is repeated several times when ordering.

We waited an hour for our food as we watched other be served and leave….Just to find out that they gave our order to another table. When we finally did receive our order the fries where cold the burger was burnt to a crisp and Cobb salad had no Cobb just dressing and very little of that. I complained to the staff and he offered to comp our dessert…I laughed and told him we can’t even eat the dinner. The manager comped our dinner but it should have been handled completely different….I would have been happy with a “I’m sorry this happened and we can remake your dinner here is 20 bucks to gamble while you wait” I don’t know but it was the worst experience I have ever had. And it was my moms 75 the birthday….I’m sorry mom.

My waitress was not pleasant when asking about ordering a glass of wine to have with my dinner. I was told that they didn’t want people to have a drink at their table because it was an upscale restaurant (when all I had wanted was a glass of wine with my salmon). Then there was a small rock found in the clams because they were not prepared properly. Not the best first experience..

Disappointed. Waited an hour for 4 burgers, three of which were dried out and burnt. Not worth 14 bucks a burger. Bright spot was after talking to manager, we didn’t pay for 3 of them. Not going to try them again.

We were seated for dinner. Waitress brought menus and took our drink order. It was not busy at that time and it took har ten minutes for her to bring our drinks. When our orders came the prime rib that was order medium rare was almost raw and cold. We l[ked for our server and could not find her so waved at. another server. She took the meat back. and retirned it to the table. We didn’t see our server until she brought our bill. We had to ask for drink refills and she didn’t ask if we wanted desert.
