My son ordered from this location on his phone by mistake, mind he is a child and he noticed his mistake almost immediately and called them to cancel and asked if he could please get a refund. They said they wouldn’t do to the fact that they had already made it. A lie because I was sitting there watching him and no way they had time to make it already. It’s sad that people have to lie, and show such disrespect to a child.

Asked for the meal of day Asked for cucumbers she specifically picked the WORST of them. After throwing out the wilted sick kind out, I kept having the point to the decent ones. She couldn’t seem to figure out HOW to get those 2 pieces on the sandwich. THEN instead of putting on the pieces, THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME INTO PAYING MORE THAN ADVERTISED PRICE.

I don’t usually leave reviews for chain restaurants but I have to say the two girls who help make the sandwiches were really great. We came in and ordered 7 foot longs and they were able to make them quickly and labeled all of them even down to the different sauces. Mahalo!

I’m giving it a 2 star because they put up a ‘be back on 30 minutes sign’ but did not open after. I waited 40 minutes, returned. Sign was still up, I wanted to go in and make my order, a guy showed up for his call in order and received it. At the first opportunity I asked about walk in the guy said they won’t open until the orders are finished, but wouldn’t say when. Basically saying order online is the only way to get food from there. They could have just put up a sign for not taking walk-ins. It would have saved me 40 minutes of unnecessary waiting. I haven’t eaten my food yet but I hope it’s worth the long wait. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my online order. Communication could be a lot better.

It is one of my usual stop as their food is fresh and they have great staff. However when I stopped-by today at 5pm it was steaming hot. Not sure if the A/C broke or something else but it should be fixed. Feel really bad for the staff working in there. Will change my rating when the A/C is fixed.

Located right off of busy Kuhio highway it is your typical small Subway shop. However, apparently they didn’t know the new rules about using EBT in the state of Hawaii since the Maui fires occurred. The new directive says that you are allowed to purchase cold and hot food at food establishments. So I didn’t really eat there I went over to Costco where I was able to buy a hot cooked chicken with my card.
