Ordered a sub online and put “One cup of garlic aioli on the side” in the comments. Got home to eat it to see that an employee sarcastically wrote “please” on the lid of the cup, and made it a point to barely fill up the container 1/4 of the way, leaving me with essentially nothing to dip the sub in. Also, failed to put the correct cheese on the sub. Crappy attitude workers and crappy food. What a waste of money and time. I’ll be in contact with the owner.

Went to go get a sandwich and they closed OVER a half hour early when I arrived. Disappointing when you’re hours say you close at 11pm and if i show up at 10:30 you’re closed?!! Unprofessional if you’re not going to stick to the hours listed online.

Tried to get a sandwich at 10:30.., the website explicitly says they close at 11 PM. So when I go at 10:30 I expect them to be open. It’s very unprofessional for them to not be open during the hours listed on the website..

No one in front of us no one behind us it took about 5 minutes for us to decide what we wanted and then when we got down to the veggie end. One of the most nastiest Subways I have ever been in ! This is what happens when the employees don’t have adult supervision.

This salad I got is more slop than anything. Too much dressing and too much chopping made into into absolute mush. Add the tuna into it and it’s nothing but slop. I like to digest my food myself, not have it mechanically digested before I eat it. Need some instruction for this staff in how to correctly make a salad: less dressing and less chopping.

Word to the wise: if you order via online or the app, do not recommend adding any “extra” meat/cheese/etc bc you WILL be charged for it but will NOT receive it. You will get the bare minimum despite what you request. This has happened EVERY time I’ve used the app to order, so it isn’t just a happenstance.
