I love this place. I don’t have problem giving tip to those preparing my ice cream behind the counter but last Weekend I went to pick up cream cake for my son, I opened the freezer grabbed the cake and put it on the counter and associate scanned it for the price. While paying the machine asking for tip and I didn’t put a tip, I don’t think I have to give a tip for just scanning my cake. The associate face changed and didn’t even give me my receipt.

I absolutely loved the customer service here! Greeted us with a smile on our face and did such a great job making these! I got the strawberry batter batter. There was plenty of different choices and the ice cream was so big! Definitely filing lol!

We LOVE Cold Stone for their waffle cones. Two of us upgraded – one waffle cone and one waffle bowl. They were STALE! They say they are made there – I guess we should have asked WHEN they were made. Won’t ever go back to this location.

Not the place to go! One person working lots of people in line. Plus it is a walk from anywhere you park. We left drove over to Kilwins parked right in front of the place, walked in got a great treat of ice cream and sat inside. (No seats avaliable inside Cold Stone)

After telling the young lady with black hair to give my 7y old a small ice cream in a cone she decided to upgrade him on my dime to a dipped waffle bowl with out even asking i come here often normally leave a 20 dollar tip they got nothing because she helped her self. I have a diabetic daughter who couldn’t have the same as her big brother got a better dessert then her. I will no longer be coming back

Zero stars. Left restaurant to get coldstone for birthday desert. It says open till 10pm. Arrived prior to closing time and place was dark and closed. They didn’t answer phone either. Was highly disappointed

I’ve always ordered pickup or delivery. Every time my ice cream arrives it is amazing. Every single flavor has been phenomenal. When I do pick-up, I am always impressed with how quick and nice the service is here.
Not a Cold Stone problem, per-say, however it is noteworthy that delivery is tough in Florida. Not gunna lie, the ice cream is always quite soft.
It’s not a huge problem. The ice cream can be frozen again easily.
I have tried almost every flavor over the past year or so. Literally haven’t had one I don’t like. So order with confidence and enjoy.

We went to this Cold Stone location last night aroun 9 pm (8/17/23). They had a bit of a rush at that time and the line went to the door. The two employees handled it with grace and ease. They were friendly and efficient. It was a breath of fresh air after experiencing subpar customer service at dinner just before this. Keep up the great work!
