I went here during the grand opening back in the day, but at the time didn’t find it too memorable. Upon my return, however it did seem to satisfy me a lot more. The sour cream fries are a nice break from other ‘boring’ fries and the double smashburger wasn’t short on flavor either. I’ve definitely had better, but a burger, fries, and drink for $10 is a decent value, but me being a bigger guy, that combo still came up short for the portion size. All in all, not bad.

I ordered a ribeye and the breakfast smash burger.
I was expecting a bunch of slices of ribeye piled high… But it was one thick slice. Interesting.
Bit overdone for my taste, but it tasted great.
I am not a fan of A1 sauce… I would have chosen almost any barbecue sauce over A1 for my Aioli, However the A1 flavor was negligible and worked.
I will find out about the breakfast burger tomorrow.

First time eating here, wow, this was a sweet find. I ordered the #13 factory melt meal with side order of sour cream fries, absolutely delicious, husband ordered the #3 Ribeye steak sandwich with side order of chili, sandwich was Good, chili was average. We will definitely recommend this sweet find and definitely go back for more

I went to the drive thru, and it took 30 minutes to order and get my food. Opened my burger once I got home and it looks disgusting. It doesn’t even look like ground beef. It’s super thin and crumbles into pieces if you touch it.

I’ve written a few reviews on Google but this was just not my day at Smash Factory burgers. I ordered the double mushroom Swiss burger. By the time I drove home, it was a soggy mess with soggy wilted lettuce and bun. The fries nothing special but not great either. Thus one star because the burger should have been the five stars (it’s a burger place!). If you took the bun off and soggy lettuce I guess you could eat the rest with a fork. First time and last for me. Other reviews had a more positive experience but first impression are everything in business. I was disappointed!

Second time to this place. Only two people had order just before me my friend received his burger in a timely manner. Watched him complete his lunch as I’m waiting for 25 minutes for mine. It was sitting in the window waiting the cook was making 1 order at a time. It seems no one knows how to hustle or move faster then reverse. Bottom line had to get mine to go. Food was COLD! Waste of my lunch time! I give Smash Factory A -2. Absolutely a disappointment.

Best burger you’ll ever eat. It was literally dripping with juices and sauce (in a good way) ordered double mushroom swiss, and smashed chicken sandwich. They were both perfect. First time here but won’t be our last! Nice clean modern atmosphere and exceptionally friendly staff. Thank you!!

Our family was visiting Minot and decided to try something new. We were very pleased with the food and service. I had the pork chop sandwich – it was good, but not the best I’ve had. The rest of my family had burgers-they were delicious. The tots, fries and wedges were good (we all just ordered plain.) The staff was friendly. There is a discount for using cash to pay.
