Decided to switch things up from the usual burger spot and went to Arby’s instead. I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich with curly fries, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The curly fries were perfectly seasoned, and my order was ready pretty quickly.

The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was that the sandwich could’ve had a little more sauce, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d definitely go back when I’m in the mood for something different from the typical fast food.

I went through the drive through on 1/13/2026 in Jeffersonville IN. On 10th street.
I had to call over and over for 10 min. straight before manager answered phone as someone picked up and hung up phone each time. I called right when I arrived home 25 min later and spoke to Malachi (manager) to discuss why there was no marinara sauce for the cheese sticks in the bag. He stated I could come back and get the marinara for the cheese stick but a 25 min drive is more gas and cheese stick would be ice cold by the time I arrived back home. As a manager should be making sure the employees are packing the bag correctly.
Also when I ordered two apple turnovers, I got to the front window and she stated they only had one available. Must I say the turnover was hard as a rock. He then stated that the can’t serve the turnovers hot because they will burn you and it would be a lawsuit.
Again as a manager he should be taking care of his customers and making sure his employees understand what should be put in the bag with each item or on the line checking them before handing them out.
Worst service I have ever experienced from a fast food restaurant. Smh

No one will answer the phone, but there was a rectangular piece of hard, translucent plastic in one of my roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. Someone really needs to be more careful there. Because if my son would have got choked in it, I would have come up there, found out who prepared the sandwich, and they’d be wishing they’d never done something like that.

So, I did get a hold of the manager, and I couldn’t understand what her name was, something like Macy or Stacy, and she could not have cared any less. Sounded like a kid. We definitely won’t be back.

Drove 10 minutes to get there, ordered from the drive thru, the most basic of orders, a double roast beef meal with curly fries and one single roast beef on the side, waited a long time at drive thru window for such a basic order, felt like something was wrong, get food, drive 10 min. back home, order is totally someone else’s, a smokehouse sandwich, a half-pound roast beef and mozzarella sticks, drive 10 min. back to get my order corrected. When I tell the employee at the counter what happened she offered no apologies at all and then had the audacity to say that I should have stolen the food (by keeping it) because that order had a larger roast beef sandwich. Unbelievable. I told her I would prefer to have the food that I ordered and maybe some form of compensation for the trouble. She then straight up laughed and said “Compensation? What kind of compensation should you get?” Again unbelievable. I said how about a discount on the order or a coupon of even just an apology, she just smirked. I said really, how about a cherry turnover then, can you do that? And so yes, for all the inconvenience and having to drive an extra half hour to get my food right for their mistake, I was reluctantly given a cold cherry turnover and no apology whatsoever.
Do better Arby’s! I get that some customers are quick to be overly demanding for the slightest misstep, but when the customer is acting in good faith and honesty, and when the company is clearly at fault, then yes, you need to train your employees to apologize for the mistake and offer compensation for their trouble, it’s not that hard.

see last entry…..4th paragraph down.

Always cold and dirty in there. Over priced. Small portions. Ordered a meal for $9 and left hungry. Ordered normal sandwich but it was so Small, it looked like a kiddie portion.

2024 update: we got food here twice now recently. The quality of food, prices with the coupons and cleanliness of the dining room are much much better than they used to be. I enjoyed my food both times.

update: rec’d coupons in the mail. went to eat inside there. upon approaching inside cashier order area, there was a smell, this smell could some how be removed or camouflaged, dining room always cold. so eat and get out. food was good again. I enjoyed my meal and promptly left.

update June 2025 Sunday about 3:30 pm-went inside to order for dine in. Food preparation seemed like it took longer than usual. there was One drive thru customer a head of me. I saw three employees working. The Dining room smelled moldy like the HVAC condensation line was leaking. when the a/c clicked off there was big boom by the restrooms, sounded like something fell, at the order counter the kitchen smelled nasty like food spoiled, the smell was gross, we were hungry when we got there, we began to eat and didn’t finish. the beef n cheddar sandwich had too much sodium in it with a dog food smell, the fries were even disgusting. wasted $15. This was terrible. It’s your job, not mine, to contact your Guest Services Team or Mgmt, letting them know about this.

Arby’s is a solid choice when you’re craving something different from the usual fast-food fare. The roast beef sandwiches are the standout, packed with flavor and served hot, and the curly fries are always a favorite—crispy, seasoned, and addictive. I also appreciate the variety on the menu, from smoked brisket to chicken wraps, which gives you more options than your typical burger joint. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which made for a smooth experience overall.

That said, prices can be a little on the higher side for fast food, and consistency can vary depending on the location. Still, if you’re in the mood for something a bit heartier and unique, Arby’s definitely delivers. Worth the visit.

Its a trap. They charge your card before asking you to pull forward and wait for the simplest of orders. If you have places to be and are limited on time do not stop here
