This is the first time we’ve been since they remodeled and I was very disappointed. The prices for burgers is way more compared to other sit down restaurants. I ordered a large fry which cost $4.25. I literally get nearly more fries at McDonald’s for a small than what I got for a large there. I only got 1 refill in their tiny cups and my husband never got a refill so needless to say we finished our meal without a drink. Most likely will not be back. Service was definitely subpar. And the prices that you are charged is different than what the menu shows. We paid cash so it wasn’t because of using a card.

The food is good, but not spectacular. Ticket times are a bit long, even when they’re slow, so don’t be in a hurry. The portions are huge, though, and that justifies the overall cost. I haven’t tried their ice cream, yet, so I can’t give an opinion about that. I’ll definitely have ice cream during my next visit and post an update.
The service is STELLAR; very attentive and polite! Everyone working seems to enjoy their jobs and it makes the atmosphere is light and friendly.
The dining area and bathroom are very clean, which means the kitchen is also very clean!!! I’ll 100% be dining here again!!

Was kinda pricey..but everything was great! Service wasn’t that great. The girl working had a friend sitting at the bar so that took up a lot of her attention, and she seemed to be annoyed with having to take orders and refill drinks for us and the table beside us. This has been a a couple of months so I’m not sure if she’s still there.

Food was OK, but nothing extra special. Only one waitress and she was just running in circles and not tending to anyone in order… There was one couple inside when we got there. The waitress took our order, then more people came in. She pretty much picked who she wanted to wait on first. Even through we were there before the other guest, they got food first?? I was out of drink and sitting at the table right in front of the register. She walked by a dozen times and would look the other way each time, even though I was trying to get her attention, all while she ran to get anything other guest needed. I guess you have to be in “The Click” to get service here. No problem there because I want be back!!

Loved eating here as a kid, I try to stop in every chance I get. Grate food and wonderful memories, the employees are extremely nice and kind. The only complaint would be that I ordered a taco salad one day and the hamburger meat tasted like it was scraped off the bottom of the frying pan. It was probably a very busy day and they were trying to get all the orders out and it cooked longer than it should have been. Over all they are busy quite often due to the amazing food. I didn’t let that one bad lunch ruin my favorite child hood B&H.

Has recently new owners. Its ok. still no bathrooms. They took away self serve drinks, never offered refills. The food is good but small portions for the price. We got bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos, curly fries and a chicken wrap, was $27 with 2 drinks. Burger was good but had fake cheese on it. Chicken wrap had 1 chicken strip on it… it was ok but for the price there are better places.

My wife and I were really surprised. This was our first visit. There will be more. We had the Friday Tennessee cat fish dinner. Outstanding. Very minimal amount of batter. Great taste. Fluffy and thick fish. Real good hush puppies. The waitress was very efficient and friendly. We’ll be back for the milk shakes and burgers.

The new management seems nice and my food was very good that I ordered (chicken melt with mushrooms added and cheese fries). I think management should reconsider their prices though or give the appropriate amount of add ons like my mushrooms if I am paying for it. Overall good experience though!

Always always always enjoy my visits here. Food its great and place is clean. I think they always score 99 to 100 on health score. Owner is the nicest and most friendly person. He always makes sure everything is great and your happy with your service. His staff is extremely friendly. This place had been in business many years with different owners. Was a childhood favorite spot for me and now I take my family here.
