Clean and new. October 2024. Friendly employees. Fast hot food. Just getting the kinks ironed out. 6 tables needed wiping. But that’s the only thing I could find that needed any attention.
To start with, I believe wholeheartedly in supporting local businesses even when they are a franchise. This place started out great. Fast, clean, accurate. In the last 4 weeks something has changed. Slow service, food delivery to the counter, dirty. Manager Candace ignored us after being notified about an overcharge. Witnessed a verbal altercation with an employee about another customers order. We are done with this location. Totally unprofessional and demeaning to the employee. Customers were shocked. We left after being overcharged and it not being corrected. I hate leaving bad reviews. If you look at my reviews you will see I do t only post bad reviews.

What a bummer. This place was becoming one of our favorites and we had a terrible experience this evening. We arrived at least an hour before closing time. The person at the drive thru was rude. The food came out after 15 minutes and it wasn’t even fresh. The chicken is old and our bowls are missing more than half of the ingredients… “Loaded Fried Chicken Bowls” came with only potatoes and chicken, old chicken. Very disappointing.

disappointed at my service. stopped to get a burger before I hopped on the interstate. I work at another fast food restaurant. If you let your food sit up for too long at any restaurant, especially a burger restaurant the buns will become hard. That being said I was served an old burger just added mayo. highly disappointed won’t be back. If food is sitting up past five minutes you should discard it and write it off as waste. I would never serve anyone Old food.

I have been trying to give this location a chance, when it first open it was great. Food hot, service friendly and fast however that has changed quickly and continuing to go downhill. This was the last straw, I’m done with this location. I ordered pancakes and bacon and received a plate full of gravy with a biscuit underneath, it was disgusting not only was it not what I ordered but the way this was served was horrible. I normally don’t review for a one time mistake but there were several visits before this one that was disappointing this just seal the deal for me. Hope they get it together, I also tried sending them an email however I have not received a reply.

Drive thru was backed up. I went inside to order breakfast. I placed my order and it took 35 minutes to receive my order.
I ordered 2 steak, egg and cheese biscuit combos with fountain drinks. Good thing the food was good ( or we were just that hungry).
I will not be going back to that Jack’s until they get the act together.
There was plenty of seating inside but by the time I got my order, my colleague and I had to leave for work. No time to sit and eat.

Tuesday, November 11th 2025… 8:20pm Chicken on chicken sandwich combo was dry/old/hard as a rock piece of Chicken. Also got 3 piece snack and fries and the chicken was the same if not worse. Horrible first experience at this new location and more than likely my last time coming. It’s obvious there’s no quality control at this place.

We went during lunch rush during the week. The cashier was friendly and she was a very hard worker! The staff stayed busy, but it looks like they could have used another person just to expedite the orders. They seemed to have gotten the food out quickly but slightly overwhelmed with organizing. I heard them say they were running out of ranch and BBQ sauce. Customers were nice when this happened, which kept the workers on pace. Our food was very fresh. They fixed a slight issue with my order quickly. Honestly, I just wouldn’t go back to this location during a busy lunch but would go back for a dine in again at a different time.
