If I could give the service a 1 star I would. The older gentleman was trying to mop at 6:30 when the place didn’t even close until 9. He was mopping with his glove on his hand and when asked about the menu he was super rude. Didn’t know what he was talking about and was acting like first time customers should know where to order even though there’s no directions to order for which place you chose. Would not come back again, service absolutely ruined it.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. This location was combined with a “like chipotle but local” restaurant and it was clear there was a really poor workflow going on. There wasn’t one clear person taking orders, everyone was just cooking and the customers just stood and waited for probably 10 minutes before someone talked to them. I felt like I was on a reality tv show about bad restaurants waiting for Gordon Ramsey to come in and fix it. Customers were confused, orders were taken not consistently, and then it was a really long wait for food which you don’t expect at a more fast food experience. The trash was so overflowing that there was just trash on the floor and on the tables. Condiments empty, etc. It felt so dirty I wanted to get out of there asap, but I had to wait for my food. I really feel like with some improved logistics and training it could be a good restaurant, but I think if you surveyed the guests from that day very few would return. Employees were working hard, just need a better work flow.

They wouldn’t make me a burger even though they weren’t closed yet. I’m a restaurant manager and if some one walks in even 1 minute before close I serve them. Unacceptable
