We have 24 taps and carry over 100 different Ohio beers as well as a few guest beers for on-site consumption or carry out. We have live music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays. There is a beautiful alley to consume your drinks and eat delicious food from the surrounding downtown Massillon Restaurants under the lights. Come Downtown and rediscover Massillon.

This is one of my favorite stops in downtown massillon. I’m not much of a beer drinker (they have a lot of unique beers) but they have something for everyone, including some delicious Sangria. The environment is chill, they have some great live bands and the owners and bartender are amazing.

Downtown Heck’s Tap Room is now the name of this business, and my review is based on my first visit and experience. The bar is tucked nicely between two other businesses which lends loads of charm and atmosphere to the long, narrow room dotted with cozy booths and tables. Lighting is warm without being too dim or too glaring. Music was played at a decent level. The bartender greeted me upon entrance without making me feel pressured to order before finding my seat. The best part is that he knew who I was meeting giving the place a hometown feel. Recommendations on beers were met with knowledge rather than annoyance, a big plus for me since I wasn’t made to feel like an inconvenience. We were attended to but not hovered over. I will most definitely return and can’t wait to share with friends.

The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make customers happy. When I asked for a drink that they did not have, the bartender went out of his way to get me what I asked for. I really, truly appreciated him going above and beyond for me. Nice, relaxed vibe. I will visit again.

I am not a beer drinker usually. A friend invited us down here and I am so glad we came! I tried some sangria and a mango beer. Both were fantastic! I love the view of downtown Massillon when sitting on the patio in the evening – it really gives you the big city feel without the big city crowds.

Nice selection of local craft beer. Staff and owner are very friendly. I’ve reached the point where it’s hard to find a selection I haven’t tried before, but they had several on the list. My only concern is with the very musty oder, if you have several allergies, it would be better to stay outside.
