Ordered a birthday cake for my husband. The one on the right is what I ordered and the one on the left if the one I received. Very disappointed.

The fact that the cake you advertised looked good, Reese’s cups all on top, then when I pick it up it looks like something I would’ve received from wish! That even makes the customer service horrible and you will not be the place I think of ordering another ice cream cake from or any other food from you establishment.

Service here is horrible, the cook was just chilling in the back not caring enough to cook I had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple 6 piece chicken strips in a basket with a large fry when I checked my order I got the size of a kids meal fry that you’d get from a McDonald’s. If you go there hungry, you will still be hungry after you leave. Hundred percent would not recommend. Service is too slow, to be working in a fast paced environment.

We were looking for a different place to take our grandchild for dinner last night. I was a bit shocked as the restaurant was dimly lit, dirty, took a while to get our food & it was horrible! The onion rings cost $4.39 and the container only had FIVE onion rings in it!! The chicken nuggets were gross & appeared to be e reheated frozen nuggets. The cheeseburger was mediocre at best. It was more expensive than other fast food restaurants. I finally get our order & they forgot to give us the blizzard. (That was the only thing good there!) in my Wife’s words ” it sucked!”)

Service here is terrible. You’ll end up waiting 30-40 minutes for a box of chicken that is somehow messed up. I don’t think I’ve had a time where I’ve gone here and not had my order messed up. I’ve also had multiple occasions where the employees have forgotten my order entirely.

We got there when they first opened, the place was clean people were friendly and the food was delicious and fresh. We ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger combo and a funnel cake for dessert. They accidentally brought us a strawberry, but fixed the mistake and immediately brought us a caramel without having to ask and they even let’s keep the mess up. But the caramel is still better hands down!

After a full day of printing custom t-shirts — standing on my feet, managing designs— I was beyond ready for something cold and comforting. Dairy Queen came through big time.
I swung by to grab a shake, and it ended up being the perfect way to wrap up a long, exhausting day. From the moment I pulled up, the staff was friendly and upbeat — exactly the kind of energy I needed to shake off the stress. I ordered a classic chocolate shake, and not only did it come out quickly, but it was thick, rich, and perfectly blended. You could tell they didn’t skimp on quality.
There’s something about that first cold sip after a day of hard work — it hit the spot in every way. Smooth, creamy, just the right amount of sweetness… It felt like a small reward that made the whole day feel worth it.
The service was fast, the staff was cheerful, and everything was super clean — even during the evening rush. Honestly, it was one of those simple experiences that leaves a big impression.

If you like bugs in your dip, you’ll love this place! This was honestly the most bizarre visit I’ve ever had I couldn’t even communicate with the woman at the ordering window and then I get home to find some “cheese” in a cup that looks like it’s been sitting so long that the ingredients are starting to separate and there’s a fruit fly right on top. I don’t expect much from fast food but I think it’s fair to expect better than this. I never review places but I couldn’t let this one go. If you come here make sure anything that’s not sealed doesn’t have signs of life in it

I ordered a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard and my husband ordered the Choco-Dipped StrawberryBlizzard. We shared a small fry and an order of pretzel sticks with zesty queso.
My Turtle Pecan Blizzard was amazing! It was packed with pecans, chocolate pieces and caramel. It reminded me of Blue Bell’s Moo-llennium Crunch (which is my favorite). I tried a taste of my husband’s Choco-Dipped Strawberry and it was very good (I liked mine better).
The fries were delicious! I love McDonald’s fries, but DQ is neck-and-neck with them. Just the right amount of salt, crispy on outside and softer on inside.
The pretzel sticks were amazing: hot, a little bit of salt on the outside, and soft on the inside. The queso dip was great. There was the flavor of jalapeno without the heat, which I loved.
The restaurant itself was very clean and the employees were friendly. We will definitely be back!

Today decided to grab burgers and worst decision in awhile. Almost 20 minutes to wait hardly anyone here. Workers walking around like they lost. This place need a new manager or have one on duty that cares about customers and employees

Came here for a pick-up I ordered from the mobile app though my order wasn’t ready in time. I waited a bit and went inside to get it after watching quite a few cars get their orders. Got into a car accident right after leaving here and was thoroughly disappointed when getting home and realizing that I was missing part of my order. Haven’t had DQ in years and probably won’t return for a while. The burgers and cheese curds were good though, wish they didn’t forget the chicken. Drive thru girl was kind.
