Terrible food!
I visited the location because all of the hype around it. It just returned back to the city and everyone was excited to have it again. I wish that I didn’t have to experience it.
I ordered Original Fish & Chips (with 3 pieces of fish), mozzarella sticks, and Lemon Luv fried pie. My Fish & Chips order had only two pieces of fish. When I immediately informed the staff, they said that the fish is under the fries. Checking later, of course I was shorted one piece of fish but charged for it. Every item in this meal was a disaster. Chips (which are fries) were tasteless. Hash browns were too overcooked on the outside and strangely hollow on the inside. Mozzarella sticks tasted really over fried. Fish tasted very oily. The lemon pie was very disheveled. It did not even remotely have zesty lemon taste. I didn’t find any part of this meal enjoyable.
The location is pick up only, one must wait in a big open area for the food. The location is very unfortunate – across from the high school, next to a burned building, and close to the traffic lights. It’s challenging to get in and out. The parking lot is very tiny, and has limited amount of space to move around. It also has a huge pothole right in the middle.
I highly do not recommend this location!

I just ate here ,and its been months and food is excellent for what it is . People making reviews like its supposed to be gourmet. The price ,and the items that you do like its great . I dont recommend the shrimp of the 3 kinds of meat . The fish is excellent if you like that beer battered texture , and the fries are nice with some good malt vinegar. Super fast ,and friendly service . Dont expect a church fish fry coming here . The establishment is clean as well . Please fix your parking lot horrible .

Arthur Treacher’s has been in business for years, but these days they’re hard to find. I come for the crispy fish, so I usually order fish only, no sides. My condiments are malt vinegar (a must!) and tartar sauce. There’s no indoor seating but since I don’t like to eat my fish cold I generally eat it on the parking lot in my car. Good food. Clean surroundings. Friendly staff.

On 9.25.25 I purchased the combo 2 fish and 6 shrimp, I didn’t check before leaving but I look to warm it there 2 fish and 2 chicken pices I called the store and told the female you come back or wait until tomorrow. I said my son close give the shrimp. When he arrive there was 4 and one not cooked went to store got my money back

Ordered through door dash and got the fish and chicken meal. Food came hot and was fresh. Hush puppies were super good, and loved the chips! Fish and chicken wasn’t bad and maybe just wasn’t my “taste”. Overall everything was good.

Recently opened new Arthur Treacher’s. Remodeled older other use building. All new inside. Really nice owner and staff member. Haven’t had AT’s for about 14 yrs because I live in Ashtabula County Ohio and all the restaurants in 2 other counties around mine have closed also yrs ago. Drove by this one by chance taking a different route home from UH Hospital. Awsome getting to eat their food after so long. Best part is the owner told me going to be opening one in Ashtabula and Boardman Ohio!!! Can’t wait.

This cleveland heights location used to be a carryout Pizza hut. Unfortunately for that reason, most customers will be disappointed due to the small parking lot that can’t hold demand of people coming here, almost dangerous watching people fighting for a parking spot, no inside tables to dine in, big demolition next door is an eyesore, so even though the quality of food from Arthur treachers is pretty good, these other issues may hinder people coming back. f.y.i.french frie chips portion are skimpy they can do better and give us bigger portions for the price

Go and wait in the back to still pack up the pre fried food after saying it was fresh 10 mins before. If you want real Arthur Treachers your best bet is to drive out to Cuyahoga falls. Unfortunately the 2 restaurants Cleveland and Cleveland hts are terrible copies and doing a disservice to this establishment!
