Sent my teenager in to get our ice cream and I was charged for extra brownie and I got almost no brownie at all. He waited 20 minutes cause only one person was working and I’m really disappointed with the experience and the quality for a $9 ice cream going to Handel’s next time

Ate a few bites and hated the chocolate chips in my ice cream. I asked the lady who made it if she could make me just a half portion without the chocolate chips in it, but she would not help me. Very disappointing experience.

The person in front of us in line had to call the worker to come from the back and get off her phone call so I think she was mad. When it was our turn she asked twice , what can I get you? I asked to sample the pistachio. She pulled it from underneath. It was so old , tasted like refrigerator odor. There was ice crystals on a few flavors. She was just so rude, even when paying. Service was amazing. There was one girl making everything with a line behind her. But why do they have one worker doing absolutely everything??? There were initially 2 workers , but some bigger lady left this other girl all alone to do everything by herself when she saw a group of people come in. Not a good coworker. She was also rude when we asked for the bathroom pass. Give this girl working alone a raise and get rid of that other lady!! This was the 27th of March. We came in around 7:45pm.

My order looked nothing like the picture. Compared to other Cold Stone Creamery I have been to, there was a lot less to it, looked like a sparse blizzard. This place is too expensive to not put out top quality. There were only two small tables to sit at. This was a outing with my granddaughter, half of hers is still in freezer. So disappointing
