They made one of our pizzas wrong 3 times. When told about it, they would make new orders ahead of ours even though they’re the ones that messed up. Instead of offering one of the screwed up pizzas, the supervisor on duty was mad and would just throw them away and not offer anything else. Had to wait for over an hour after the order was placed. The other pizza was cold by the time they were done. I tried to tell them on the app, but it said it couldn’t pull up the review form. Such a disappointing experience. Not ordering from this location ever again despite being less than a mile from our house.

My mistake for ignoring the bad reviews. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. My pizzas looked like they were made by a toddler and tasted like plain bread and not fully cooked! I am not exaggerating at all! 🙁
Update: A friend ordered from this location accidentally for delivery. The pasta is just as bad as their pizzas! I mean, WHERE IS THE SAUCE???? I hope someone in a higher position would investigate this location!

They only thing I’ve liked from Domino’s are the cinnamon twists. I don’t think I’m a picky pizza eater, but it lacks a ton of taste. Maybe dropping to 5.99 pushed them to skimp on some things. Next time I’ll skip the pizza and just order dessert. Also, not sure why items cost more when you select deliver, when there is already a delivery charge.

They guy inside this store need to take a chill pill. It’s not my fault you don’t know or can’t comprehend your own deals. Lose your attitude this is your workplace. Be professional, dude, seriously. Didn’t get the guys name it isn’t on my receipt. But ordered 7/6 @ 11:53 a.m im sure you can figure out who placed me order.

Ordered the NY style pizza to go. I didn’t think I needed to check it since it was correct on my bill. Got it home and it was definitely not NY style. Called the store 3 times to speak with the manager. I explained the problem and said I was coming back for the right one. No apology. Went in and saw him. Again, no apology. And then he started to walk away.
I said ” I got the wrong pizza AND I had to drive all the way back. The least you could do is apologize. He said I’m sorry about that. Too little too late. I believe his name is Craig Hamilton. Very poor customer service!

I’ve ordered from this location many times. This time around they claimed they didn’t have the gate code and they called me. The driver Brandon never called me more than once and as I proceeded to provide the gate code he hung up on me. When I called the store and asked for the managers direct line I was told I was only allowed the corporate number. I then asked when the GM would be in I was told again I was not privy to that information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They deserve no stars.
