I got the brisket and lb of wings. The flavor was spot on. Brisket was just a touch dry and wings needed a half hour longer in the smoker.
I tried the pork rib bottoms. Wow! Well worth it for the rib bottoms. Slaw and beans were good too.

So delicious! We had the burnt ends, baked beans, smoked chicken wings and smoked potatoes. You can taste the smoked flavor and the meat is so tender. The wings were beautiful! Nice crisp skin with cracked pepper and glazed. I’ve also had the brisket sandwich and smoked macaroni at an event. All amazing and so yummy!

Super tender brisket on my sandwich, Really good flavor. I got the brisket with the little rim of fat, and it was just the right amount. The slices on my sandwich were a nice thick cut and very moist. So good!
I got the sweet and spicy sauce, which….. was spicy – for a baby like me. Good coleslaw!
I’ve driven by this area many times, never looked to the right as I was passing, so always missed Joe‘s big tent. It’s a stationary food truck (except when they’re out food-trucking, I guess) and they have a big tent with picnic tables in front.
Great service and I definitely will be back for more food!

This is a stationary food truck that has been in place for over eight years. They open at 11, and the line starts b4 as their Que is all that without sauce. Dry rubbed and finger licking great!!! Pork Steaks, my favorite, sell out b4 noon. They cost $7.50, and the lord knows they are tender.

It’s just a food truck, but the quality of the brisket earned the fifth star as it was very well done. I was there later in the day, and it was sold out of a number of items, but I will travel for good brisket

It is in a trailer on the side of the road next to a Gas Mart – so don’t expect anything fancy. Just really good smoked meat.
Nice guy and he has fantastic taste in music.
Recommend for some barbecue.

Awesome spot for food. Talked with the owner he was down to earth and really cool. The guy giving me the food was amazing as well. Let me sit down and brought me all my food. I really enjoyed the outside seating too. I already gave a shout out to a bunch of my family and friends. A PLACE WORTH THE STOP!
