I ordered the lemon flavor. I also asked for some chili oil on the side. Make sure to drizzle some truffle oil on your ramen.
The light broth is well seasoned, slightly zesty and tasteful.
I’m so happy I stumbled upon this place. Will definitely be making the drive to come here.
The guy seating next to me had a cat eating and drinking water on the table, I love animals but I just think it not appropriate for the animals or the costumers to have a cat on the tables of a small restaurant…
What an absolutely wonderful find!!! They have the forthy ramen which I didn’t even know was a thing. The broth was delicious! I did the original lunch meal and the portion size great!
Service was friendly and prompt!
Would definitely go again and recommend anyone to try!
Get the lemon, butter one. Along with a hint of truffles.. the ramen really came together so well.
The chunks of chicken in the ramen were white meat. As an Asian, I would have preferred dark meat.
The tan tan men was decent, but I still prefer the lemon butter.
The chicken rice was average. I’ll skip it.
The gyoza is decent. A crispier bottom will help. I’ll order it again next time.
The other great thing is there is ‘free’ 1 hour parking at the back. You’ll have to scan the barcode in the restaurant to avail of it.
Overall, I’ll say it is top notch ramen.
Daisuke is always there to share a smile to welcome you.
Etsoshi is there some other days.

There is a combo offering now.

There is a new special item. It is a kaedama (extra noodles) seasoned with basil oil and has green onion and chicken bits for $4.75. It is quite good.
The spicy miso kaedama is now available too.
ARRIVING / PARKING:
Small parking lot behind the restaurant, one way so be careful entering. Pay by QR code and there’s parking QR code at the front after you walk in.
VIBE:
Counter seating and smaller tables best for up to 4 people inside, bright and easy to chat. There may be a line for dinner but they seem to move fairly quickly and stay about 2-3 parties deep.
FOOD/BEV:
No alcohol license yet but theres non-alcoholic beer and yuzu juice etc. There’s gyoza, fried rice, karaage and more but they’re famous for their chicken paitan ramen! Our favorites are the ORIGINAL and LEMON BUTTER (can add egg as supplement). Their fried rice is excellent to whet the appetite too.
Lovely light broth, a pile of green onions, semi firm thin noodles, white chicken meat. If you’d like to change up the flavors there is truffle oil on the table; couple drops go a long way, and there’s also a black pepper grinder for fresh pepper flavor.
Excellent, have been here a couple times already and look forward every time. There’s a rewards program which is handy for discounts of promos too.
