Absolutely wonderful place with amazing food.. The service was also very wonderful.. If you are in the area it is a definite must go place.. The price is great for the amount of food.. We tried the catfish which we quite delicious as well as they have an amazing Philly cheesesteak.

I’m in Springfield for 4 days now on business, and tonight I had the best meal I’ve had all week!
I’m from Chicago and when I saw “Chicago fish and chicken” I just knew I had to go try it out.
I got catfish , garlic feta fries, fried okra, and a strawberry cheesecake.
Everything was delicious. The fish is freshly battered and cooked to order, perfectly cooked with well seasoned breading.
The fried okra was also cooked perfectly.
The garlic feta fries were truly next level though, the garlic sauce and chunks of feta with the salty fries is absolutely amazing. Make sure you get some while here!
Chicago fish and chicken is definitely on my go to list for now on when I’m in Springfield.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My family and I ate here a few times when we were in Springfield. First time i got fried catfish and fries, a cheeseburger for my kids and my husband got the philly cheesesteak. No crumbs were left! I tried my husband’s Philly cheesesteak and got it every time since. It’s the perfect amount of flavor, meat and cheese sauce. So much food and so reasonable. There’s no where to eat in but you have to try!

Absolutely delicious. The people who work there are extremely friendly and kind and when they were out of hamburger buns made me a chopped burger on a Philly bun so I could still have what I wanted. The chicken tenders are THE BEST!!

We got the 3 piece Catfish and a large order of hush puppies. It was SO good! The batter was light and very crispy, the seasoning added on top was perfect. The hush puppies were both wonderfully crispy and perfectly flavored. I could not be happier with this food! I will be back.

Okayyyy so they made it right! Wings were awesome! Fries were not as crispy as wanted but they were also delivered so I credit that to the steam in the box which is totally fine. The owner Hazam was very nice and respectable. I was able to get all flats which I love and the flavor is pretty good. I will be in before I leave Ohio. I’m about halfway through as we type he also put extra goodies in the box. I’ll definitely be by the store. I’ll call before I come. Thank you so much!!!!! THANK YOU HAZAM!!!! I’m full and satisfied.

This is a hidden gem folks. The owner is from Chicago and brought all his own recipes to Springfield, OH. Everything is authentic, homemade, made from scratch. He offers a variety of food that will tailor to all. The Catfish is wonderful with his homemade tartar sauce. The feta garlic fries are a must try. And he makes desserts from scratch from the cheesecake to Red Velvet cake. There is chairs to wait but mainly designed for pick up or catering. He does offer delivery services.

Food was bomb!! We got a variety with the catfish fillets, wings, jumbo shrimp, and fries. Everything was fried to perfection and the flavor was really good! I feel like alot of fried food places skip over flavor, but the owner even offered seasonings over the finished food! We will definitely be back!!

Got the 14.99 combo special with perch, fries, wings and a can of faygo. Also got lemon cake. Everything was amazing!! Even for delivery everything was crispy, hot, and fresh. The lemon cake is very moist and creamy! The fries may look a little bland but I assure you they are not.
