We had a great experience and enjoyed our first visit. This coffee shop, being local and new to the area, we wanted to try it for a while. The coffee was good, not bitter. Most importantly, I want to comment on the staff and Foxtail team. Everyone wanted to be there (even on the weekend). Employees and the manager genuinely care about the place and customers, and it’s very apparent. The culture is lighthearted and joyous, which permeates the energy of the room. I see some of the earlier reviews commented on some of the early challenges of a new business (employee training and consistency of quality). We didn’t experience any of these. I wish this business well and am looking forward to becoming a regular customer.

Great coffee shop! They have a perfect amount of options without being overwhelming. The pastries are fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in. Lex provided exceptional service and went over options to accommodate our indecisiveness, haha! We’ll definitely be back!

This place is cute and the automosphere is nice which is what drew me in but the flavor of the coffee is just off. I ordered a triple shot of espresso with oatmilk and also a french press for hubby. Both drinks have a strong bitter sour flavor. I could barely get it down…So if you’re looking for bold flavor I would not waste your money here.

FANTASTIC!!! I tried this place out of convenience being down the road from my job. I was craving a very particular coffee/milkshake hybrid that I’ve only had at one other coffee shop, so I was elated that they also sold ice cream. I called ahead to ask questions and the gentleman on the phone was so patient and kind and created something that wasn’t on the menu but perfectly fit what I was asking for. When I got there, the atmosphere was breathtaking and clean. I was instantly complemented on my hair and panda tattoos. I absolutely loved the energy and efficiency of the staff there today. I will be coming back 100% because of them, and the flavor of what is now my new favorite beverage.

Foxtail coffee is my favorite coffee shop. I love their Cafe Con Leche and their seasonal latte’s. It’s cozy and inviting. Their baristas are always super friendly and nice. Felix and Katelyn are my favorites, they always make me feel special remembering my name and what I like to drink.

Much better than a Starbucks or Caribou. I was visiting family in the area and stopped in to get Coffee for the kids. The Barista Julia was extremely welcoming and had amazing suggestions. Overall great customer service and great coffee!

I’m not sure why Foxtail is only rated 4.0 stars when they should be 5..they are the best coffee shop in town. The coffee isn’t bitter it’s perfect and the baristas are amazing! Every one is so sweet and brightens my morning..10000% better than Starbucks or any other shop in the area and the vibe inside is super cozy as well. Love me some Foxtail!!

First of all the store is so cute. Whoever is in charge of decorating needs a raise! My barista Julia was so sweet to me and was kind enough to explain the differences in a lot of the drinks which I didn’t understand before coming in. She was so quick and fast I was in and out. Would go back just to see her smiling face again 🙂

Lex, Sophia, and Monae were great baristas and representatives. There were multiple foxtail locations I avoided after consistent lack of customer service from all 3 of them. I ended up going anywhere but Foxtail. This location has redeemed your whole chain, and the three mentioned are leading it. If I had a coffee house I’d hire them.
