They gave me this old crusty pizza they should be ashamed of themselves. Little Caesars on Prien lake . This is like the third but worst time. I picked it up before time bc i was already on my way there when the notification said it was ready. I figured it was old when it said ready like 10 minutes after i ordered.
I decided to bring it back bc we couldn’t finish it. It was too hard and old. The two ladies (one being the manager) just rolled their eyes at me and never once apologized and one of them just handed me another one.

Waited 20 min for this pizza, got home and opened the box and this is what I got even the manager himself said he was having problems cooking but it was fixed.

First they tried to give me an old pizza then told me to pull around and they would put a new pizza in the oven. It would take 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes only to come back around and then they tell me that I can go ahead and pay for my pizza but it’s still in the oven, I’m not going to pay for pizza until I see it seeing as though they tried to give me a cold pizza the first time so because I wouldn’t pay for my pizza first and I want to see it the manager guy comes to the window telling me the only way I’m gonna be able to see my pizza is if I pay for it first . At that point, I drove away there was no reason to even continue to entertain the foolishness. New management, please!

This afternoon I stopped in their drive thru. The attending employee was so prompt and polite. While I was waiting on my food I saw/heard what I assume was their manager on the phone with a customer. I have no clue what the customer was upset about, but I did hear the manager handling the situation with respect while still maintaining professional boundaries. It was so good to see (not that I would want any service worker to be abused).
The manager was so respectful and you could tell he genuinely wanted to make the situation right.
Then, when the attending employee came back with my pizza, they asked if I needed anything else. Right as I was about to drive off, they NOTICED me talking to my kid in the back seat. They stopped me and asked if I wanted some cookies.
I was surprised but I said sure (I didn’t even know they had these). They brought the exact number of cookie packs I needed and said “I didn’t notice the kid before.”
Like, how sweet and thoughtful. I was so pleasantly surprised.
Y’all are doing it right over there guys, for real.
Plus, the pizza was SO good and made perfectly.
10/10 recommend.

It was okay. They must be having a pepperoni shortage.
I wanted the old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza but I got just a regular pepperoni pizza.
Also they over cooked my cheese bread.
But still ate it.

The young fella that took care of me his name was Jay, at the window was such a good guy. You could feel the happiness from him and see it in his smile when he asked if he could help me then went and found my order. I sure hope he rubs off on the other employees. The last time my fiance and I went there the guy was straight to the point no smile just straight attitude like he didn’t wanna be there. I also noticed and older fella further in the store kinda handsy with one of the girls in there, like side hugging on her. But hey I was at the window and I don’t know what was going on with them. But I will surely be back and I surely recommend this store. And if Jay waits on you,you will see he is a very happy soul and I believe he has a bright future with that mentality. Good job Jay. Alot of others could learn from you. Have a blessed day.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this pizza place. The lack of cleanliness and hygiene practices is alarming, with employees often handling food without gloves. The service is also inattentive, with long waits at the register until someone decides to assist you.
However, the main reason for my poor review is the unacceptable quality of the food. I received an undercooked pizza, with cheese that was clearly not melted. When I asked the employee about it, I was given a dismissive response that the cheese would ‘change color’ as it cooled down. Taking a bite into raw dough and unmelted cheese was the final straw.
This establishment needs to significantly improve their food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Until then, I would not recommend it to anyone.
