Customer service here is the best of the best! We were planning a destination wedding in Maui and contacted Angela at this Cold Stone location to inquire about making special Hula Pies for us to serve for dessert at our wedding. Angela went above and beyond to enthusiastically made our idea a reality, including sending us photos weeks ahead of time of trial pies she made so we could decide our preferences. Angela even worked with our wedding planner to coordinate delivery to our wedding venue at the right time and details for how the pies should be prepared for serving. We and our guests absolutely loved the authentic Hawaiian dessert, it looked great and tasted delicious! I cannot thank Angela and her team enough for such excellent service, friendly and thorough communication, and for making such a special treat for our wedding!

Worst Coldstone I have ever had! I go to coldstone often in the contential states, so I have been to over 2 dozen locations and many repeated. This coldstone had the worse service, the least available toppings and add ins, and the ice cream melts like marble slab.. It isn’t like any other location I have had. I went twice and still the same experience, and when you’re paying more on Maui you expect to get a high enough quantity.. $10.50 for a gotta have it, but only 2 reeses.. COME ON!

We live about 2 blocks from cold stone and its safe to say we go once a week. My favorite flavor is the nutter butter which they occasionally have, its so delicious. My kids are both obsessed with sweet cream and they add sprinkles and reeses peanut butter cups. They workers are always so friendly and the amount of ice cream you get is so worth the price.

Im a coldstone lover and since i moved to hawaii i was looking for a coldstone store i was surprised that there was one in lahaina and closed so i drived to this one and i didn’t lost my trip. It was the best ice cream that i eat in my all life. Cotton candy and white chocolate flavor with brownie and caramel syrup (numi). I would like to go again but it’s so far away.

Cold stone is supposed to MIX the mix-ins. Not fold once and go. There was literally no one else in the place but the employee did the bare minimum. Ice cream, one fold, go. Don’t bother coming here and get a better ice cream with toppings elsewhere.

The only cold stone in Hawaii now so they always are the best in my eyes. Hopefully this review catches the eyes of the managers and such.
There is a young man that works there at night, very young. I remember going to this location 2 years ago and he was the only one there and he was working very hard providing great ice cream and great service. Fast forward to this past visit he is still there still working hard and providing great service, he can pump out a ice cream quick now! Shoulda got his name, and I hope he has a successful future with this location or in another profession

The best place EVER- not only because of the ice cream but the service was absolutely AMAZING! We went on July 11th at 8:15pm and close time was 9:00pm – no one was irritated or upset and they were SO helpful! We haven’t had cold stone in YEARS so we had no clue what we wanted and everyone was so patient and polite with us! GREAT SERVICE!!!

Ice cream is great. Service is not. We entered with a group of 11. Rather than be happy about the business they were upset and insisted that only one of the three workers could help us so the others could help anyone who came in behind us. As a result those in our group who ordered first were done and ready to leave before some of us had even given our orders.
