We had an absolutely incredible experience — the food, the presentation, and the overall atmosphere were all outstanding. The chef’s attention to detail and creativity really made the night special.
Brad and Paula Ann were nothing short of awesome. Their warmth, professionalism, and energy elevated the entire evening, making it both fun and memorable. You can tell they genuinely care about creating an unforgettable experience.

Five stars just aren’t enough!!!! I have had the pleasure of attending a FAM dinner with Chef Brad Green several times. To say that it is an amazing experience is an understatement!!
Cooking is widely considered an act of love, reflecting care, generosity, and connection through the preparation and sharing of food….Chef Brad takes it to a whole other level!!! Brad and Paula open up their home and invite strangers in, cook for them, serve them, and help them make unforgettable memories!!
As big-time foodies, my husband and I always look forward to seeing what kind of incredible food that Chef Brad has prepared. The food is not only delicious, and beautifully presented, but it is often times thought provoking. What kind of mind comes up with some of these ideas?!?!? A Chef Brad Green mind is the one that does!!!!
We have shared this dining experience with friends and family and each and every time has been extremely memorable! We have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and life in general.
I can’t think of a better place to gather with friends, break some bread (SUBLIME & HOMEMADE with HOMEMADE BUTTER), enjoy your choice of beverage, and stroll through a 9-course extravaganza of food, conversation, laughter and memory making.
If you haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing a FAM dinner, I would highly recommend you add it to your MUST DO list!!!

Chef Brad Green is the epitome of a professional chef. He creates a very inspiring and thoughtful menu with a variety of foods in order to really challenge your pallete and enjoy a wonderful experience. He has the technical skills of a Michelin star chef but presents it in a very humble thoughtful manner with his entire family. The fact that he is willing to share his home and have his wonderful family be involved in the entire dinner makes you feel truly relaxed during a multicourse, multi-hour experience. He uses numerous ingredients so that there is great variety in the progression of flavors throughout the meal. I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend this at-home restaurant to anybody visiting Dallas or to any of my family and friends. My wife and I were lucky enough to get to have an amazing dinner with my sister and her husband to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary and it was definitely the right choice. Again definitely 10 stars out of 5 – an out of this world experience. – Dan K.

A dinner with Chef Brad is unlike any restaurant experience. The food is made from fresh ingredients, has unique flavors, and is so personal. We sat in the kitchen, hearing how he crafted the dishes and his inspiration. His wife is an amazing companion and host for the evening. We also took his pasta class and have put that education into practice. Bring friends and have a memory making experience.

Every time we go we think it can’t get any better, but Chef Brad and family never disappoint. The luxury of getting to watch as the food is being prepared is awe inspiring. The atmosphere is always welcoming and it feels like family. Five stars isn’t enough for this experience. Can’t wait to go back!

The best dining experience I have ever had. I travel a good deal for work to all the big cities and love trying new stuff, but the food Chef Green creates is by far my favorite experience. Add to that the 9 course meal and it is like an absolute adventure for your taste buds. Always great food, amazing people, and the service makes you feel like you are an honored member of the family.
