Damn this place is so good. You can order any pizza and just ask for it to be made vegan. I got the vegan mushroom pie and my partner got pepperoni. They were super nice and the pizza took about 10mins on a busy Sunday evening. The arugula salad was bomb too. All for $40. Great job!

seating, next some cover. There’s a Beer Porch in the same food cart pod to get beer with your pizza. The pizza I get is excellent – Margherita and egg mushroom ( which is my favorite). The Caesar salad is tasty, a worthy accompaniment. The prices are excellent.

Ordered two pies, eggplant and pep. Both were amazing. Came out in about 15 minutes, which was communicated to us during ordering. Prices are great for handmade oven fired pizza.

Got a Margherita and Pesto pie on a hot spring day. Super friendly people working and the pizzas are very reasonably priced. Ordered and had my food within 10 minutes. They also serve slices, which they fire quickly in the oven and serve hot & fresh. They also offer vegan options (I didn’t try this time) which further expands the appeal.
The Margherita was very tasty: light dough with a nice crunch and fresh ingredients. I loved the toppings on the Pesto pie (olives, kale, mushrooms, feta) but there was an overpowering flour flavor in every bite. Honestly, just seems like there was a little too much flour on the peel that got launched into the oven and then baked into the bottom of the crust.
A pizza cart is a huge value add in a cart pod and Creature definitely satisfies that need at the St. John’s Beer porch.

Our favorite pizza food cart! Ingredients are always fresh and the pizza is delicious. The marinana sauce has that little bit of tomato sweetness that we love. The crust is just the right amount of crunch and chew to set it apart from other crusts.
TIP: like all St Johns carts at the Beer Porch call ahead to make sure they are open!

Hidden gem located in North Portland, but this might be the very best “simple pizza” on the scene right now (RIP Eat Pizza on Burnside).
The Pizzas here are absolutely incredible and honestly crazy affordable. Writing this review, having not had Pizza Creature, in a couple months is actually a challenge because now all I can think about is how much I want to go back soon lol.
Pizza Creature is located in a cool little food cart pod as well, so it’s easy to eat there or obviously take it to go.
Definitely and without question our go to pizza of choice right now! Please don’t change a thing!

Yum! This was our (long overdue) first time costing Pizza Creature, and we’ll definitely be back. The crusty was light and crispy but solid enough for the toppings. Really tasty pizza!

Literally the best vegan pizza in Portland, nowhere else compares. I’m just sad that it’s so far from my house and there aren’t any delivery options.
