This weekend, i had ordered a pizza online. I had ordered 2 toppings but one of them was wrong. it was a mistake on my end. so i had called and asked if i could get a remake. i hadn’t touched the pizza and said that i would bring it back. while i understand it was my fault for clicking the wrong topping, the way that the manager went about it, was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. the counter girl sounded uncomfortable on the phone as she was asking him what to do, and i can hear him thru the phone as he was yelling and cursing saying that he wasn’t making another pizza. i then go to the store 2 minutes later and bring the pizza back and ask to speak to him. suddenly he wasn’t there and i asked for his name. again, the counter girl seemed very young and called him and seemed uncomfortable talking to him. he refused to give me his full name but his first name is Carlos i believe. he is HORRIBLE. i’ve worked in the service industry for 6 years, some years, at a pizza place. and when customers have made mistakes, we’ve remade their food no problem. mistakes happen. but he was incredibly rude. i feel bad for the counter girl. i use to order here all of the time but i will NEVER AGAIN. CARLOS THE MANAGER IS AWFUL

Order from here weekly for our work. Probably tried the entire menu at this point, which has a huge variety. Blackened Chicken Pizza is a fan favorite, but everything from pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and pasta trays is always such a treat. The owner is a sweetheart, so friendly and accommodating. Would continuously recommend over and over! Thank you

We stayed the weekend in nearby Mt. Laurel, and an important part of our trip was taking our son Luciano to this place that shares his name. Our servers were super patient with us newbies fumbling through the menu, as there are a lot of options. We each got something different, and everything was fabulous….the garlic knots are out of this world! You guys definitely need to sell shirts.
The only negative thing I can say is I regret we live 4 hours away in upstate NY and can’t visit more often. Thanks to the great staff at Luciano’s for everything. This is our new favorite place.

I went there a couple months ago and grabbed a pizza.
It was one of the better ones I have had in a while (especially the sauce).
Just today I was there and the young lady working there recommended their cheese steak – that didn’t disappoint either especially the bread.
My wife got a chef’s salad that she really enjoyed.
We’ve decided that when we are in Bellmawr and we want Italian – Luciano’s is where we go.
Score one for the Mom and Pop joints.

Luciano”s Pizzeria is very clean great customer service and food is delicious. My pizza is hot and also my wings. The cheesecakes are awesome there too great place to dine in with family or friends or yourself. I definitely recommend.

As a loyal, long-term customer who has spent hundreds of dollars here, I was deeply disappointed by a recent interaction. When picking up a to-go order, I was informed I would be charged for small containers of crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese. When I questioned this policy—given that these are complimentary condiments for dine-in customers—the employee responded dismissively, saying, “What do you think? This stuff is free?” This logic is baffling and the attitude was uncalled for. It’s disheartening when a minor upcharge for standard condiments undermines years of goodwill and makes a loyal customer reconsider future patronage. This establishment will never see another penny from me.

Ordered a stromboli and they made it exactly how I asked. It was delicious, pepperoni was not overly greasy like a lot of places. Excellent service. Ii did take out but it was fast easy and friendly. Thank you. 1st time here and was a great quick 1st impression. Thank you : )

I can only speak to their white pizza but it was a very sad slice. Not fully covered with cheese, the crust was a bit overwhelming and chunky. Overall below average slice but the staff were nice and it was a clean establishment.
