Hands down the worst service I have ever received. From the moment I walked in with my husband and sister at 6:40pm seeing that all the chairs were up they were clearly trying to close , Me thinking it was right before closing I apologized for bugging them . Maybe we’re here to bug you before closing was my exact words. No greeting , wasn’t even acknowledged. With no one in there but us We were still Left waiting for 5 mins then received one horrible comment after another. Old produce sitting out. You’re Manager/ cashier with dark hair clearly dislikes the public this much she’s clearly in the wrong business. She waits until I select what I want to tell me no ham, as I’m trying to find something else tells me not to lean on glass this was after picking a fight with my husband. I work in customer service and I have never treated a paying customer this poorly. To my surprise I look at the hours on the door and realize they weren’t closing for another 2+ hours! I know opinions are limited here in Boscawen but this lady and her service are the best reason to never want to walk into a Subway ever again. I’m extremely disappointed this behavior is allowed at a subway. This is what happens when no corrective action is ever taken on a bad employee

This is probably the best group of sandwich artists that I’ve seen in a long time!!! My sandwich artist, DJ, was funny, friendly, fast, and great to work with. Clean place and amazing performance. Highly recommended!!!

Very disappointed. Order 2 subs…tuna and supreme meats. Pictures looked great. Full of meat. What we got was about a quarter of what was in the pictures. We’ve had these tuna subs before….always stuffed. Maybe the problem is I ordered online….so I couldn’t see how skimpy they were.

The young man working there was visibly unhappy with waiting on us. I guess he was having a bad day. We were charged for two foot long sandwiches, and we o had ordered one 1 foot long and one 1/2 size. I didn’t realize this until I got home and read the receipt. Thought it was a lot but paid for it. Next time, I’ll be checking my receipt there.

Worst Subway experience ever. 2 young bucks working the counter. Did not have 1st or 2nd choice of bread. No tomatoes and the remaining veggies looked horrible. Didn’t warm bacon even after being asked. We (2 of us) left before sub-standard sandwiches were finished. The customer waiting in line also left without ordering. Place was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Will never go back there and am leery about any other Subway shops. This was around 5:30pm.

Best subway experience I’ve had in a long time guy working the counter had me laughing basically from the second I walked in until after I had paid, he made a great sandwich too and the customer service was top notch. The young lady working with him was also doing a great job handling prep work and online orders. I’ll be back to this subway from now on when I’m in the area.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. They have messed up my order SO many times… Always in the most hilariously ironic way. One time I order a BMT (ham, salami and pepperoni) and they give me nothing but bacon…. There’s not even supposed to be bacon on there… Today, I order their new mozzarella sandwich. I get everything BUT the mozzarella. If they had called, I would have ordered something else. They have called before to tell me they were out of lettuce but don’t call to say they’re out of mozzarella for a sandwich centered around the mozzarella? I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. Used to be a regular but this place has gone WAY down hill lately.
