Around 6pm on Feb 27 two groups of teens started arguing inside. Screaming at each other and saying inappropriate things. They were threatening to fight each other. The young female employee in a headset clearly knew the groups and was commenting as well. One of the boys commenting that they don’t want to get banned, probably a regular. After the situation finished the employees did nothing, not even asking anyone to leave. Meaning that later they started disputing again! This is not a family friendly restaurant. I recommend not visiting and I will not be going back.

First of all we ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget, and instead we got a 4 piece chicken nugget. When we went to report it one of the workers gave my friend a dirty look, and that same worker said to her co-workers “they ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget and they want a 6 piece.” I’m sorry but that is not what we said so don’t twist our words

I got 2 burgers no pickle extra ketchup both had pickles on them they managed extra ketchup for one but I swear any time i ask for extra sauce it’s as dry as the Sahara desert and honestly I’m just feed up with the lack of consistency by the time I get home and see it I don’t have the energy to go back this is a none stop issue every time I go something is always messed up and I’m over it

Ordered online. Sat there and waited for our food. My chicken sandwich was cold. I ordered extra salt ON the fries, they threw salt packets in the bag. The fries were GROSS and old. Ordered the cosmic sprite , put the flavoring in , but couldn’t be bothered to put the coloring in. Three employees standing there , looking like the most miserable bunch of human beings in the world. I will not be coming back to this sad excuse for a McDonald’s.

I asked for a new cup because something fell in my drink from the soda machine tell me why all they did was pour the drink out with the thing in my drink and refill it like I did not see them also lily the manger is extremely rude I asked her something and then she looks at me then walks away like I know u heard me. The staff, which were mostly teenagers, were quite obnoxious behind the counter and in the kitchen and I even caught them cursing more than once. Im not much older than most of them, but even I wasn’t a big fan of the service.
In terms of the food, its a McDonald’s. You can’t go off the beaten path too much with one of the largest chains in the world. The restaurant itself is probably the nicest one in the area.

I went to McDonald’s drive thru in Menasha.. I asked if they still had icee’s and he said they only had orange. I said okay. Got to the pick up window and he handed me an orange soda with ice. I said this isn’t an icee. He said YES orange soda with ice. I laughed and said so u only have one flavor of soda with ice. He said only one with Icee. I laughed harder. I went inside and got the cola icee i needed All I can say is WOW. You can make this stuff up.

I’m so impressed with the McDonald’s location at 212 Menasha, WI! The playplace is always a hit with my kids – it’s clean, safe, and fun! But what really sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food is always hot and fresh, and orders are filled quickly and accurately. We’ve become regulars here and can’t recommend it enough! Great job, McDonald’s Menasha team!

Fast service (most of the time) decent food. Typical McDonald’s. They don’t give out straws for sodas anymore you have to ask for them. Which is kind of annoying for both parties. Haha. But yeah been to one been to them all..
