I just had the best experience here! Huge thanks to Hannah, who was a real bright spot in my day! I just stopped by for a quick cup of coffee on my way home. That machine had just gone down, which she told me should be up and running momentarily, but told me she would be happy to make something else if I didn’t want to wait. She suggested something, which ended up being fantastic. More than the drink itself, though, her genuineness and kindness was just really evident. She seemed to actually care that someone was going to have a good experience in her drive-through. I think it’s easy to see work or business as a numbers game, and that’s certainly part of it, but the interactions and the experience are what keep people coming back to a place. I think Hannah is a great example of that. She was an encouragement and reminder to me to treat people the same, and she certainly is someone that I would want representing my brand. Great job!

I ordered online 2 drinks. Neither one were pumpkin spice, but when we got them, they both had pumpkin spice flavoring in them. They werent directly flavored pumpkin spice. It tasted like they just didn’t clean their equipment or didnt clean it thoroughly between drinks. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it is the most egregious instance like this.

I never make reviews but this starbucks definitely deserves one. i’ve only been here a handful of times and everytime i go my drink either taste nasty or looks nasty. awhile ago i ordered a grande iced matcha with white chocolate cold foam. the drink looked and tasted disgusting. there was no difference between telling when the drink ended and where the cold foam started. it looked like they shook it up all together, i couldn’t taste my cold foam at all. it was all bubbly. i had gone inside and asked for it to be remade bc i didn’t like it but the lady at the register said its suppose to look like that, said maybe i dont like matcha and said that she would comp my remake this time but i would have to pay for it the next time. i could understand having to pay if i got another drink but i wanted the same exact thing. any other starbucks i go to my drinks are consistent. today i went to get a brown sugar shaken espresso with white chocolate cold foam and caramel drizzle. the lady that took my order was super nice and bubbly but when i pulled up to the window the person there looked liked they didn’t enjoy their job. they told me my total but didn’t repeat the order back or confirm with me. i also don’t know if i have to specifically ask for my drink to be stirred but there were clumps at the bottom of my drink and just looks unappetizing to me and again tasted horribly. this starbucks is never consistent with the other starbucks that i go to. i wish they were bc they’re right by my house rather than the mullins crossing ones.. at least the other stores taste better.

For how much Starbucks costs the service is absolutely terrible here. I ordered 2 drinks and waited for over 15 minutes which is fine but the beverages were made wrong and the barista that made them just looked irritated when handing them out so I didn’t bother asking. This is like the 3rd bad experience I’ve had here so that’s why I’m writing this review.

I typically order from this location once or twice a week for coffee in the morning. The majority of the servers and staff are nice and friendly, but the inconsistency of the orders being made is frustrating. You could go order the same drink on different days and they taste completely different.

I got a hot tea that was way too hot. When I took my first sip 30 minutes after getting it, my taste buds burned off. they did not put the lid completely on and while I was taking the sip, burning hot tea dripped down on my hand and clothes (I still can’t drink it and I’ve been letting it cool for an hour)

I am not a normal visitor to coffee shops but went for a wedding consult and they helped me figure out what to get with a no sugar substitute that I would enjoy. They were very helpful and patient with someone who knows nothing about the drinks they serve or what the hell i wanted. Wish i could remember the young mans name

Clean, spacious, great customer service, coffee tasted great. Batista well trained. Outdoor and indoor dinning open. Cleanliness needs improvement on all of the tables especially the ones outside.

First time there today, and I had a bad experience. The woman up front who took my order wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t take my name for the order either. And, she said the items would be placed at the end of the bar once ready. I ordered 2 items, a crossaint sandwich and a latte. We got the sandwich pretty quickly l, but that wasn’t the case with the coffee. I kept waiting and observing other customers who came behind me get their orders, which wasn’t the case with mine. I went to the counter twice, and I was told they’re working on it. When I questioned how other customers who came after me got theirs and mine wasn’t ready yet. Both women were looking at each other in an unfriendly manner. They looked around and found my coffee by the drive-through window! So, my coffee just sat there! And, I kept waiting and waiting. The employees almost started a fight among themselves, too. It appeared that they really didn’t want to be there today and had a bad day!
