Saddest Sake
Absolutely the worst subway experience ever. Had two meatballs on my sandwhich and one was cut in half. There were only 2 pieces of spinach and it was covered in so much sauce and so hastily thrown together this garbage is inedible threw away half a sandwich. Not sure if this is just a night crew thing, but based on this I would highly suggest avoiding this subway in the future.

The subway in Edgerton, WI is the only Subway you should ever go to. They bake the bread correctly, properly cook the meatballs, and have fresh meats+veggies. I do wish they would have the seafood and Brown mustard, but. Whatever.. still my favorite/only subway.

Normally pretty good, but went there Friday night and was a little disappointed. They had a large online order, which I can understand slows things down a little bit. But having 3 people working shouldn’t slow it down 15 minutes. As far as my food; they forgot cheese on 2 of 3 sandwiches, and they pulled sandwiches out of the oven and left them on back counter. Waited another 5 minutes to be cashed out. I suggest scheduling more than 1 experienced person when you have 2 employees that are still training.

Apparently, Subway changed their bread recipe to taste more like Jimmy John’s, so it will be chewier…. I made my purchase at about 1:20 in the afternoon… the bread was dried out to the point 2″ on one side was hard, about 1″ on the other side. The top was dry and flaking off… I called the store and they said it was fresh as of 10 am…. I returned to the store for a refund and she offered me a free 6″ in the future…. I told her I would pass if this truly is a change in their bread recipe…. Subway you have lost a customer… I’ll be deleting your app, and all future coupons will go straight to the trash… the bread is why I USED to buy Subway.

Very slow service acted as if he wanted me to walk out…Walked in 1 person eating nobody else. walked up to the counter. The Gentlemen walked very slowly over to wash his hands. Plus took his time washing his hands.. fine all good being clean is a plus. Finally takes my order. 1 sub. I get it toasted almost done another guy walks in. orders three subs. Timer goes off takes my heated sub out leaves it on the counter to go make the three subs for another customer. why would I heat my sub to only get it cold after waiting another 10 to 15 mins for you to help the guy behind me when mines a squirt of ranch and 2 cookies from being done. Simply because you did not want to wash your hands for the next guy? Walked out left sub on counter.

Just had the worst experience I’ve had at any subway and worst yet it was a manager. She kept talking down to me about the items even though I was going off of subways website for it being a new item. I was continually rushed while I was the only one there. They made exasperated noises about any request I made like for example I had other subs to order for my household. The lady even said anything else and began to immediately wrap my sub up while I was still saying the veggies to be added. For this lack of respect and professionalism I would never recommend anyone eating here. I will personally be taking my business to Janesville from now on when I’m craving a sub.
