Place was clean and the staff were friendly/got my order quickly. Unfortunately, the food was not great. The spicy chicken strips were more like fried jerkey. Could not tell there was any chicken in them which is unfortunate. Very expensive as well. This chain needs to rethink the recipe they are using. What I received was lack of chicken do cooking it differently would not have mattered

Went in for the first time. The server was great and bent over backwards for us as this was our first time. The chicken was tough to chew but had a good flavor. It could have been done a little more. I had to spit out one of the pieces. Fries were just ok. Won’t be going back. I can get better chicken from elsewhere.

Great food. Staff didn’t talk to anyone when we walked in. There are kiosks to order from. They are user friendly. Later, another employee arrived who was engaging with people who came in and explaining that you could order from the kiosk or at the register. I didn’t see a menu anywhere by the register though.

Chicken was very dry and the spicy was barely that. Mild chicken had almost no flavor. Biscuits were great. Service was just ok. I dont like having to use a kiosk to order my food with no interaction or ability to ask questions.

The service was fine considering they’re short handed. First tried ordering through the app which doesn’t work for this restaurant so a went in to order. The food was mediocre at best, the Mac and cheese was really the only thing that wasn’t a disappointment. Was really looking forward to trying their chicken but wasn’t worth it.

It’s only chicken, but $20 for a family box that included 8 or 9 pieces of juicy, crunchy, fried chicken with 4 delicious biscuits and a side (your choice – I did red beans and rice which were great). Tough to beat! Staff was nice, manager was very friendly. We loved it! Sorry no pics this time.

The best experience that I’ve ever had at a Popeyes restaurant. The staff was fast and courteous. The food was fresh and as it should be. This is the cleanest Popeyes that I’ve ever seen. The employees were actually working. It was my girlfriend’s first experience at a Popeyes and she was impressed as well. I’m confused by the low ratings. I’ll definitely be back! I ordered through the APP and took advantage of a coupon. I would suggest that you do the same.

We have stopped at this Minocqua Popeyes 4 or 5 times now. Never disappointed. The chicken is so juicy with excellent crust. Macaroni & cheese is to die for, so creamy, cheesy and delicious! Can’t go wrong with mashed potatoes either. Biscuit really tasty. Have not had the coleslaw, other than a taste but partner absolutely loves it! Today we had a new employee (new to us anyway) she is from Biloxi MS and really shows her southern hospitality! Best dining experience ever!

Ordered a family meal deal with 16 chicken tenders and 3 sides. All the food was good, as was the service, but we paid just under $51 and the tenders were much smaller than anticipated. They don’t go very far ar that size.
