Avoid this subway at all cost. Pulled up to the drive-thru to place my order, no one ever came to the window, after about 5 to 10 minutes, I went inside to find the young lady setting down and visiting with someone, the other employee came from outside somewhere no one ever ask me if I need anything. So I will not be back

The young lady was working alone, and was just rude. Didn’t have one thing nice to say and if you didn’t use the exact terminology for what you wanted she corrected you. I was there with a co worker and both of us were so confused about what we were actually ordering. I have been to many subways never been treated so rude.

This is the 1st time I have ever had a negative experience at a subway. The bread was stale like should not have been served stale. Half the bread to my husband sub was missing. I should have known that it was going to bad, the bread oven door was hanging wide open the whole time qe we were there and there was only one person working that I could see, bathroom was kind of dirty and flys everywhere. Would not recommend this particular Subway at all.

Always short staffed, they don’t keep regular business hours and the property is filthy. I won’t go anymore since their food made me sick. If I could give zero stars I would, they need to be shut down.

THEY GOT ROACHES!!
Everything was going well, till I went to pay. A little bitty cockroach crawled out from under the register. I then looked on the other side of the register and saw great grand-daddy roach running out the other side. Disgusting. Ruined my appetite. They clearly don’t get pest control and need it! Beware!!!
The only nice thing I can say is that the woman working alone on a Sunday night had a positive attitude.

DON’T EAT HERE!!
Paid $27 and change for two sandwiches. No cookie, chips and drink. Bread was soggy and had a strange flavor. Vegetables and meat tasted strange like it was old. Worst Subway sandwich I can remember eating. Bathroom was also very dirty. Highly disappointed. Did not finish sandwiches.

It is currently 6:43pm and they are closed. Google says that they are open until 9 PM. Their website says they are open until 10 PM. I guess both are wrong. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. If you’re going to be open, be open, otherwise, change your hours!

Employee working on my order today(4/7/24) at 2:40PM was very rude to customers.
I placed my order 15mins ahead of my visit, but they didn’t have it ready, and she told me she prioritizes walk-in orders and proceeded to help 2 other customers.
After my order was made she made my flat bread sandwich vertically into a 6 inch and wrapped it like a burrito instead of the footlong I ordered, when confronted about it she proceeded to tell that’s how they make em’ and when asked to remake it, she told me she will only rearrange the contents and the portions will stay the same.
I’m not sure who needs to know this, but be aware of a subway that is less than 4 stars on Google.
