Nice sign on front window that says make any sandwich a combo for one dollar. I ordered my sandwich asked to make it a combo and when I checked the receipt it was an additional 4 dollars or so. When I asked about the $1 combo I was informed I had to request it.

Tried to have dinner there tonight, but they couldn’t give me change for a hundred dollar bill! 715 pm on a Friday night and we got turned away because they had no change. Throw away our dinner, because you are not managed very well. Bad business practice. Heading to Subway.

I want to start by saying I’m not a Karen, and am actually a fellow service worker, and that’s why I’m compelled to leave this message because the service that I’ve gotten the last few times I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s has been abominable. I’m not sure if it’s just the people you have working at the drive-through, but there is no customer service. I was stared at until I initiated what I needed, even though I’d already ordered, and I’ve just been treated very rudely, which makes me realize that’s something that needs to be worked on. Fix your attitude if you choose to work in customer service. I’m leaving this in hopes that it can make your experience and your customers experiences much better, because I’m not sure if I will be coming back— and I love Jimmy John’s, so that’s saying something.

Came thru the drive up at 7:30pm prime dinner time. I ordered $50.00 worth of Items in drive up. Tried to pay with a $100.00 bill and I was told it’s a policy to not take $100.00 bill which is a 100% legal tender. Not that they didn’t have change, nope just don’t take $100.00. You are a business and having proper bill change and security for those bills is on the business. Went to Jersey Mikes and had no issue. Lost a customer for good.

Very inconsistent service. They frequently forget any customizations/add-ons and are very inconsistent with applying ingredients. The food tastes good but I wouldn’t recommend this location if you want accuracy.

I ordered sandwiches through the Doordash app. Then I immediately received a call from this Jimmy John’s store telling me they had no drivers available and so they were cancelling my order (they use their own drivers rather than Doordash drivers). However, I was still charged for my order. I tried disputing this by calling Jimmy Johns, then Doordash and later through my credit card company. In the end, Doordash provided “evidence” that this was a valid transaction because my previous Doordash orders had gone through. Somehow my credit card company decided this proved that I had gotten my sandwiches when in fact I had not. Not a good way to do business. I won’t be back.

Ordered a combo and was charged separately for everything. My sprite had no sprite flavor in it. I just got carbonated water. I explained to the worker that I wanted the combo and they just charged me for chips instead of corrected the initial order. I ordered from the drive through.

Ordered for delivery tonight. My wait was a little longer than usual, about 35 mins. but not a huge issue. My two concerns were my bag of food wreaked of tobacco and the bread on my sandwich was HARD! Like crunchy hard. I’m glad the sandwich wasn’t for my daughter because she would not have been able to eat it. Our other 3 sandwiches were fine.
I called to express my concerns and not once did the manager apologize. He just told me that he can’t do anything about the wait times, he’ll speak to the driver about the tobacco smell and sometimes bread that wasn’t properly cooled down gets hard like that. As a paying customer, I feel that he should have at least apologized. Very dissatisfied with the whole dining experience tonight.

Jimmy John’s – freaky slow and braindead employees?
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. I was the only car and I only saw one customer in line inside the store. When my order was finally ready they attempted to hand me my sandwiches one by one through the window instead of putting them into a paper bag. I had to ASK FOR A PAPER BAG for my food. Imagine McDonald’s handing you your sandwiches one by one.
She then proceeded to give me a single napkin. New cost cutting measures? Either way, never coming back here.

We love Jimmy John’s. This store seems to really focus on the drive thru. Several people waiting a long time to get there orders inside. Stores like this would benefit from order numbers being printed on the receipt or getting customer names and for the worker to call order numbers or names to ensure order accuracy. This step could be avoided if they ran two lines making sandwiches. The food at this store was good however it is noticeable that staff get stressed out due to the volume of customers at prime time.
