The shop has a charming, small-town feel, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of flavor, and they always keep things interesting with rotating seasonal options. Indeed the best ice cream in town. So many flavors and varieties! They make the waffle cone or bowl right in front of you, it’ll be nice and warm as you eat your ice cream! It tastes delicious and crispy, also a little spongy. We always stop in and get a bowl after a few drinks at the near by bars.

Their waffle cones are unmatched! Love that you can choose a vanilla, chocolate, or cinnamon cone flavor, and it’s made to order! Pairs perfectly with your favorite ice cream choice! I chose Cow Tippin’ in a vanilla waffle cone bowl. 10/10 recommend

Had a craving for ice cream and we just happened to drive by Scoops after dinner last night. This was our first time going to scoops and it will be our last. It was 8:20 at night, a couple was walking out as we were walking in, and there were no other customers in the shop. There was one young girl working, and when she saw us walk in she clearly looked bothered that we stopped in. She gave us no time to look and immediately asked us what we wanted, I asked her to give us a moment to look. Again she appeared bothered we weren’t placing our order immediately. I asked her about the ingredients of a “chocolate looking” ice cream and she did answer but it was the way she answered. I was still looking but told my husband to go ahead and place his order because she was on stand by ready for the order. After she made his order I asked her what made their cookies and cream ice cream “vegan”. She responded and with an attitude told me I can try it if I want. Any interaction she did with us she was very short in her answers and was rushing us. I was becoming bothered by how she was treating us so I placed my order. She placed 2 scoops of ice cream on a cone, they were lopsided and I still am not sure how they didn’t completely fall off of the cone. She rushed us to the register to pay , as I was looking for napkins because my ice cream was literally hanging off the cone. She had no words for us besides telling us our total. Not sure what that girl’s problem was, why she was in a hurry when they didn’t close until 9 PM, but I don’t know how she keeps a job. And if she acted that way with my husband and I, then I’m sure she has treated other customers that way as well. I definitely will not be returning to this business for ice cream again.

Not good at all for my first time bad customer service the guy was really rude and as I asked questions he huffed and puffed as we came in there was only a few flavors in stock he made my milkshake so fast it was watery only if someone can write me back on my review as I might not be coming back

Honestly, I would give it 0 stars if I could. My ice cream wasn’t the best I have ever had but it wasn’t bad. The service, though, was terrible. I came on 6/18, around 8:15pm. The girl working looked annoyed we were there (a group of 3) and said nothing. She didn’t say hello, welcome in, would you like to sample anything, what can I get for you, or anything of the sorts. Just stared silently. As a waitress, I find this lazy, especially when you are going to ask me to tip. I usually leave a tip at places like this (where tips shouldn’t be a thing, since there’s no service besides your job you are paid to do by your employer) because I do feel for the workers. However, if you are unable to speak kindly or at all, you will not get a tip from me.
