We just had absolutely the BEST MACARONS I have ever had… including the ones eaten fresh in Paris.
Le Elegant Macaron, right here in Macon is the place! I called Ebony, the owner, this afternoon at 4pm, in a last ditch effort to fulfill my daughters request if macarons instead of a cake for her birthday dinner.
Well, she delivered!!!! She made an over and above effort and got us 3 dozen macarons for Maya’s birthday on a day she isn’t open for sales!!! This girl is beyond talented!!!
Right now they are a “ pop up” bakery Saturdays from 1-4 pm at 2310 Ingleside Ave Macon Ga…. if you can go there- go!!! The raspberry is beyond incredible!!! Get them now before she is famous;)!
