Pretty decent food at a reasonable price! I had the double double burger with fries & a water for under $10, hard to beat that.
With this location being new, the lines are *extremely* long, but they have enough staff on hand to keep it moving steady. Once the new wears off you’ll be able to enjoy it without the line being lined out the door and down the sidewalk, and the drive-thru won’t be lined up for what seems like a quarter of a mile (tonight was possibly the longest drive thru line I’ve ever seen)

In-N-Out Burger has finally opended in Franklin, Tennessee!
I stopped by this morning for the grand opening and it did not disappoint. The burgers were as incredible as ever, simple, and absolutely delicious. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and handled the excitement like true professionals. Even with the buzz around town for opening day, the line moved quickly and the energy was fantastic.
A special moment with seeing Lynsi Snyder kicking things off with the ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially welcoming this iconic brand to Franklin.

This was the second location I visited in a week. They had just opened the previous Wednesday. I visited Sunday March 1st. I arrived shortly after they were supposed to open for the day. It was already packed. In my opinion for a new and popular location, they were very efficient on getting you parked for dine in or for directing you to the beginning of drive thru. I think either was still a wait. Either way it took my friend and I 1 hour to wait in line, order, get our food and eat. So not bad at all! They have outdoor seating and a wall that surrounds it, that we sat on. It is in a good enough location I feel like. It was easy to get to from the highway.

For years I said Tennessee was perfect… but spiritually incomplete.
We had mountains, music, hot chicken but no In-N-Out and that felt personal.
Then one day they said, “We’re moving to Tennessee.”
I’m not saying I single-handedly manifested this with late-night cravings and West Coast delusion… but I will be accepting credit.
The only wish I had for this city came true. Unbelievably. Miraculously.

The best! So happy to have In-N-Out burger 10 minutes from my home! Everything was so nice. Staff were excellent. Good was quality, as expected. Highly recommended!

We used to live in Southern California and ate at several In-N-Outs dozens of times but this was something else. The parking lots (yes that is plural) are huge. Maybe parking for 200 cars if all spaces are used but part is now being used to route people to drive though. We ate in the store. There was a line along the building to get in the store. And a snake line to get in the outside the building line. Surprisingly the lines moved quickly and when inside we found a table immediately. It took a long time for food to arrive (they had runners in addition to calling numbers). I’d say it took an hour from parking to leaving.
Food was great. Everything tasted just as we remembered from when we used to eat in Cali. It was worth the wait. We sat with a woman who drives 3 hours to eat here regularly.
Edit: we stopped by on our way back through the area on a Monday just after 5 pm. It seemed much more “normal” for a busy location. No outside line. Inside was crowded but manageable. It took us 30 minutes from parking to driving away. Burgers were great.

BEYOND AMAZING! Amazing burgers and shakes and the workers were so so sweet! The place was spotless, workers very efficient, only waited 35 mins on opening day! If there are any bad reviews on here they are from LA and miserable people.

I went a few minutes after they opened and only waited about 2 minutes in line, which was great. The food took around 20 minutes to come out, but everything was fresh and tasted amazing so it was definitely worth the wait. The customer service was great and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a really good experience.
