The staff is so accommodating and nice! Janaiah(?) was very helpful and a friendly face coming in, overall a very sweet group! The food is also so good, we came back the next day after trying it for the first time. I have been able to order anything off the menu and enjoy it. Also vegetarian friendly!

123 Pho (Playa Vista) kept it mostly solid, with one little hiccup.
We ordered two things — a beef noodle dish and a chicken banh mi. The beef was the star: tender, buttery, cooked just right. The noodles soaked up the flavor perfectly. The chicken banh mi was good too, fresh veggies and a tasty sauce that tied it together, though like most banh mis, it could’ve used a bit more meat.
Pick-up, though — kind of annoying. I asked if my order was ready, they said no, so I waited outside. They watched me sit there while my bagged order sat at the counter. I finally went back in to check and, of course, it was mine. Not the end of the world, just a little careless.
Still, the food made up for it. Everything tasted fresh and cooked with care, and the prices were fair for the area. I’d order again — good flavor, decent portions, just maybe double-check that your food’s actually ready next time.

We were looking for a quick bite near LAX after a long flight. This was one of the few restaurants still open late at night. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was and how fast it came out. We ordered two bowls of Pho as well as lemongrass chicken with vermicelli, which was our favorite dish. We like that for the Pho, you can select thick or thin noodles, up to three different toppings which consist of meat and vegetarian options, as well as the type of broth.
The workers were very friendly and even though we came closer to closing, they continued to provide excellent customer service.

I visited this restaurant for take-out pho after about a year and to my surprise, the food was completely bland. Absolutely no flavor! I used to love this place and would always recommend it, but my recent experience was disappointing.
Maybe the vegetarian broth recipe has changed or is no longer meant to have the same depth of flavor, but it just did not taste like the pho I remembered.
On a positive note, the food was neatly packed and beautifully presented, which I appreciated. I truly hope the restaurant can get back to the flavorful pho they used to serve because I would love to come back and enjoy it again.

Nice environment overall, the staff are very friendly and nice and very helpful throughout the dining experience. I will say as a pho lover, all of their broth is probably the blandest pho broth I’ve ever had in my entire life. It lacks so much I feel as if it’s basically just water. And I have tried multiple different phos there and my opinion remains the same. On the other hand, the appetizers are always great. You can never go wrong with those in the presentation that it comes with!

Something is so funky with the tendons in the pho here. They smell pungent and taste off. I am accustomed to clear colored tendons that do not give off a funny taste. Twice I’ve been here and the tendons are a deep, dark brown and do not seem like a good cut to me. It’s off putting and I can’t finish them though tendons are usually my favorite part of the soup.

Wow! This is definitely in my top 3 list of pho restaurants that I have tried. I am so glad I found this place.
First of all, customer service is amazing. The employees are really knowledgeable and friendly. In terms of the restaurant, it is very well maintained and cleanliness is top-drawer!
Now then, let’s talk about their food. Broth seasoning is mixed to PERFECTION! Noodles (we went with thin noodles) texture is just right. The servings were generous, I thought That we got a lot of meat (not complaining). The other thing we ordered was their popcorn chicken and it tasted great! Crunchy, not too salty. It’s easily one of the best I have tasted!
I would really recommend this place if you live in West LA because I am definitely coming back for more!

good simple menu options- pho menu looks good and bowl’s good size as i see others eating – beef stew pho is nice to see – beer wine menu coming – license pending – good to see good size vietnam restaurant in westchester- after gym workout- bowl pho hit the spot for protein recharge – beef stew with warm banquet very tasty – hope u have great success – will return for pho beef bowl / back got pho beef with beef broth and wide noodle type – excellent flavor and bowl size – all tasty and hot tea! will return for more – highly recommend! pho 123 – please open earlier 9am breakfast pho soup is best feeling – back for more pho wide noodles tasty hot hot broth and good taste – young man sever was very attentive and good service overall 4.30.22 back for more tasty beef stew baguette

We stopped by here on the way home from dropping a friend off at LAX for a redeye flight. Decent Vietnamese food, but the staff only knew about what was on the menu. I asked about Vietnamese salted lemonade he didn’t know what I was talking about. No alcohol license. We ate outside and our meal came pretty quickly, and was tasty. Perfect size portion for dinner.
